Woke to a flat tire. I removed and brought the wheel this shop when they first opened. They put a new tire on my wheel and got me out fast enough for me to make it to work on time! Fast and friendly

2026 - The manager must be under stress. The way he reacted to me when I told him what I needed wasn't polite. I had no choice this time, but I'll take my business elsewhere next time. This place used to be good. 2025 - This place used to be good, but not any more. Obviously, the mechanics are not so knowledgeable. They told me some parts were missing, but they weren't when my husband (who is not mechanic) looked at it. We can't trust them any more. I just read someone's review to know that nice manager was fired! He was always polite, professional and courteous. I wonder where he works now.

Tire Choice was fast, efficient and friendly. Adam took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the diagnostic results. Thank you for the quick inspection as well. I will be back!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience and will not be returning, even if the issues are eventually corrected. I waited three days just to have my vehicle inspected, only for the inspector to leave early without ever calling me. I was nearly failed for my fog lights, despite them being fully functional. Nobody informed me of financial service/payment options—I had to ask on my own. I paid for suspension and strut replacement, during which the shop broke my brake line. It was only half-fixed, leaving my brakes spongy and requiring me to come back again. The paperwork even listed my vehicle trim incorrectly (Citadel instead of R/T). After paying over $2,300, I expected professional, complete work. Instead, I received rushed service, poor communication, and errors that left my vehicle unsafe to drive. This is unacceptable. The only saving grace in this entire experience was Ethan, who went out of his way to personally offer help and showed genuine care. Unfortunately, one employee’s effort doesn’t make up for a service department that fails this badly overall. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

This is a great place with friendly service! Showed up with an issue, they took me in right away and took care of it very quickly. Highly recommended if you need a job done right.

Stopped by to get a code read because our check engine light comes on intermittently and we needed it read ASAP before it turned off again. My husband went in and asked if they could read it really quick for us and they said to come back in a few hours. It would have taken 2 minutes at most for them to come out and read it.

They responded to my problem very quickly! I had a nail in my tire so I was a walk-in. They replaced both my front tires (they were old!) and I was out of there in 1 hour. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

Before I brought my truck in for tire repair, I called first. Ethan answered the phone professionally and politely. He advised me to bring my truck right in. From his tone, I concluded there was no waiting time. Once, I arrived Ethan did the work order and within 30 minutes my truck was pulled into the bay. Ethan showed me a photo of the nail that was in my tire and the mechanic proceeded to repair my tire. Ethan has excellent customer service.

When I brought my car in last for a tire change, I'm pretty sure that one of your techs helped themselves to a nice few socket sets, over 3k in tools missing. I'm just now noticing, but what are we gonna do about this? Those tools stayed in my vehicle. Do not go here. Unfortunately it was my fault thinking I could trust a shop to not steal my tools.

Mr Wright and his team were great. They were welcoming and professional. I was very skeptical to come, but I'm very glad that I did. Thank you so much, Mr. Wright and your team for making my experience great.

The customer service was great from Mr. Jason, however, I had to take the vehicle back because they put the wrong tie rod on. The alignment sheet they gave me the first time still had items in the red and then I didn’t get an alignment sheet the second time which was concerning. I was told I could come back and get it, but I had spent so much time away from work that I wasn’t able to go back. I do believe since they made the mistake I should’ve been given a discount given how costly it was, but not a dealbreaker. They seem to be trying to get this place in better shape and hopefully they are able to accomplish that!

Great service. I've had my Equinox in for tires, brakes, some minor electrical work. Never had an issue with pricing or labor. I even had a turn light stop working the day after i got a state inspection, so I brought it back. They fixed it for free in 20 minutes.

Ethan was very helpful and supportive. I was concerned when I heard there was new management because this shop has become my “go-to” over the past 3 years. I hoped it hadn’t changed. This time was the best experience I’ve had yet. Stay honest and continue the quality work and I’ll keep referring people to you!

The young man working the desk in office was good, but the inspector will fail your car for no reason. Claimed i had a leak in my rear seal and that it was actively leaking even though I just did that repair a month ago. I drove ho.e and 2 days later returned with no further repairs and he passed it. He is failing cars to try and bring work to the repairs part of the shop. I made it known after my inspection was over and he wasn't happy. I've included a pic of the axel he failed me for that he said was actively leaking.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past four years and never experienced any issues until October 2025. On October 24, I brought my car in for a brake and brake fluid service. They kept my vehicle overnight, which was not an issue. However, on October 25, when I returned to pick up my car, it would not start. I immediately informed Ethan, who was the only employee on duty. He attempted to start the vehicle multiple times and while doing it two fuses ended up blowing. It was also later determined that although I was charged for a brake fluid service, the brake fluid had never actually been changed. On October 27, my father and I returned to the shop, and the car still would not start. We spoke with Adam, the manager at the time, and asked if they could repair the issue. He stated they could not and referred us to Tidewater Auto Electric. We asked if we would be reimbursed for the damages and related expenses, and we were told we would be, once all receipts were submitted. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket for: A tow from Tire Choice to the electrical shop A rental car so I could get to work and school Electrical repairs Once my car was fixed and the rental was returned, I submitted all receipts to Tire Choice. Between October 27 and January 9, I repeatedly contacted corporate and was either hung up on or unable to get any assistance. On January 9, corporate informed me that my reimbursement was approved in full and would be processed within 7–10 business days. However, on January 12, I received an email from Matthew Shapiro, a liability analyst, stating that they would not reimburse me for the rental or towing costs only for the direct damages. This directly contradicted what I had been told previously. To make matters worse, on January 4, while picking up my husband’s truck from the same location, one of their mechanics backed another customer’s vehicle directly into my parked car. I provided a statement and was told I would be contacted by their insurance company. It has now been over three weeks, and I have still not been contacted. Every time I call or stop by to speak with Jason Wright who is the general manager, he is never available. At this point, I have experienced: Damage to my vehicle after a routine service Being charged for services not performed Out-of-pocket expenses with no proper reimbursement Another accident caused by their employee Ongoing lack of communication and accountability This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with an auto service company. The lack of responsibility, transparency, and follow-through from both management and corporate is unacceptable. I will never return to this location and will not recommend Tire Choice to anyone.
