This was my second time using this specific location and second time having to get some emergency work done. My tires were BAD. I was able to make an appointment online that morning and was in and out in a little over two hours for 4 tires, front rotors, and front brakes. Everyone is always friendly. The prices are not exorbitant. They always give everyone the opportunity to make an informed decision about the work done to their vehicles.

I went in after work yesterday because my low pressure light was on. Rob checked my tires and found a screw in the sidewall of one of them. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but he ordered to arrive next day. He topped me off with air and encouraged me to check it until I came back the next day. He called me around noon to say the tire had arrived. I came after work and they had the old tire off and the new tire on in under 15 minutes. The communication and customer service were excellent. That’s the fastest I have ever had ar service done. I am thankful for their help today.

Great customer service had me in and out in about 2 hours for wheel hub bearings. I would recommend my family and friends to go to tire choice. The manger on duty was very helpful and interacted with the customer as they walked in.

Stopped at Tire Choice tonight with a tire leaking air. Kaitlyn and Michael took great care of me, located the damage to tire, changed it out, put spare on, and ordered me a new tire!! Awesome service at 630pm, end if day!

I came in asking for a patch for my tire. As you can see the nail in the picture. I was told this is close to the edge so it needs a new tire and they called me for $460. Now this is on a Honda SUV. I went to a different shop. They told me the nail was in all the way in and I was good to go and just to be nice I gave $20 do not come to this place. It's waste of time

Went in to get tires mounted and balanced, scheduled an appointment and they said they could do it. I showed up and spoke to the employee at the front desk and was told they couldn't mount my tires as they couldn't do low profile vehicles and said they might accidentally damage the rims or tires despite having done this for my car before. I asked why they didn't tell me this over the phone and they said they didn't want to tell me over the phone cause they were scared of being yelled at. Now I can't have my tires mounted this weekend, thanks Tire Choice!

I spent $900 to repair throttle body and an engine light came on again in a couple of days later. They told me I need to repair air intake parts and will cost $300. I took car to another store to see second opinions. And this store said throttle body was not even an issues. Not only that staffs don’t have any enthusiasm to work at the store gives me had vibe being in there.

I never have a problem or issue when I bring my car here. I’ve had my brakes done and tires changed. I was given a good price with the options. I saw a comment that said, “there is never anyone there…” that’s good for me so when I go in I can be in and out. I prefer them over Gerald’s any day. I’ve been there recently last few weeks and couple years ago and same good service. Thanks guys!

Wish I caught the name of the advisor, but the lady working the desk is awesome, she didn’t try and over charge me rather worked with my budget and got me back on the road. The actual techs are awesome too, car was done a full day before I expected. 10/10 there’s a reason I’ve been going here for 4 years.

I walked in on a Tuesday morning to get two very pitiful tires replaced. Brian greeted me in the lobby with a great smile and wonderful attitude. He offered me reasonably priced tires and explained any fees. What could have been a bummer of an expense ended up being a pleasant interaction and a quick replacement of my work out tires. The tire tech was also fast and efficient. Great job guys!

I’m starting to think this place a scam. They lost a loyal customer. I love tire choice back in Columbus, OH and found another when I moved. I been getting my oil change, tire rotation, and got new tires installed. Not even a month later my check engine light is on. It’s like they don’t even want to have a conversation without talking about money. I spent alot of money my car got less than 45k on it. Just odd. I will not be coming back. Also they cannot even tell me about the multi point inspection they claim they do every service. Very disappointed.
