They will take your money and let you leave with your engine light on. If you say you have a concern they will only focus on the concern not potential causes of said concern. They’re like BIG PHARMA charging you money to help mask symptoms and they don’t really give a crap about the overall health of your vehicle.

Tried to tell me I needed wipers and an air filter less then 1000 miles of me replacing them. Tried to charge me for a tire rotation on tires I bought from them. Had to call the main number and they had to call and tell them. Will never come back here.

Normally i have no problems and go here all the time but past few visits were not good and this last time i was driving out of the parking and my truck sounded so bad , come to find out my air filter wasnt pushed in and the cover was just sitting next to it .

Created an appointment for 5pm for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment as a waiter. Was confirmed later in the morning. Showed up to the appointment just to be told they are too short staffed to have it completed. Never received a phone call or anything stating they wouldn’t be able to get it done today. Very unprofessional on their part to have a customer drive there especially during rush hour traffic to show up to an appointment that can not be completed.

I stopped doing business with Firestone a few years ago because I'd bring in my car to get something fixed, they claimed they fixed it, and the problem was there a day later. And they didn't want to fix it a second time. However, I just stumbled across a terrible practice that they might have been doing for some time. I brought my car in for new tires in 2019. I remember specifically when I did this since I had made the decision to keep my older car longer instead of replacing it. Six year later, I got a flat. While I was getting my oil changed (at their competitor), I asked for the flat to be repaired. They told me they won't repair a 10 year old tire due to company policy (safety, liability, whatever). "Sir, this tire is 6 years old." Nope - he showed me the Week/Year stamp on the tire: 2015. When Firestone replaced my tires, it was with FOUR year old tires. FOUR! It has to make me wonder if they bought those tires at a discount from somewhere else because they were older and than pawned them off on unaware customers such as myself. Do not recommend.

We've been doing business with firestone for decades. We will not longer get service here. We bought a used car, paid for a diagnostic and inspection, they told us everything was fine, then the battery died. So, did you even do the service? Requested a new battery, the clerk told us to go to auto zone.. huh? We are already at firestone! They insisted we bought new tires, $1400 dollars later, the transmission is actually faulty. Another mechanic had to confirm that, so Firestone just wanted a tire sale, they didnt tell us what was wrong with the car because why buy tires if you aren't keeping the vehicle. This is a very disappointing experience. We'll never go back. Save your money and try any place else.

My oil change after a $25 off coupon cost me $90. They did not even give me a reminder sticker and commented that my oil was very dirty and I need to have maintenance schedule. The same store changed my oil with full synthetic 5000 miles ago, or did they??? How did my oil get so dirty? The last time they changed it, they told me they topped off all fluids. Two days later I needed to add windshield washer solution. I didn't even ask about it this time. I went to Firestone on the recommendation of a friend but I'll never go back. I always thought of them being among the best, most reliable. They certainly proved me wrong. This is the Firestone shop on Old Trolley Road in Summerville SC.

I had a great experience today! I went for a standard oil change. Cody, the one at the front, was very attentive, professional, & patient with everyone he encountered. I was kept updated on the service being provided as well. The workers also worked diligently! Will definitely be returning to this store specifically to get a new tire I know I need!!!

The woman at the front desk was nice. That’s where the positives end for this place. Made a reservation for an oil change 24 hrs. in advance. Still waited an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. Noticed my car was as on the lift for a really long time with no work being done. I inquired, and the woman said, oh they’re done, but the mechanic just left it there because he recommends getting new tires. Ffs 🤦🏽 Suggestion: do the work I came there for with efficiency and then recommend other services. Don’t make me wait way longer than necessary, and then recommend I get more work done.
