My tire had a gash in it, so I went online to book an appointment. Terry called me quickly and set things up with ease. My tire was replaced and I was able to get an oil change too. All of the work was done in less than an hour. The staff was nice, Terry was pleasant and very helpful. The entire space was clean and well kept up. I fully recommend Tire Choice!

Took van into shop to get radiator fixed. Asked that they check the clinking sound on the passanger front side. Got a call and they said the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced also that the system would need to be flushed and it would take about 6 hours and the mechanic may not finish and he may not be in the next day because he is going on vacation. I was also told that the struts are blown out on both sides and need to be replaced. I told them with the mechanic possibly not being there let's just do the radiator and hold off on the struts and we can do them at another time. To which Gus said understood and he gave me a quote of around 2500. The next day I got a call saying that the work was completed and I could come get the car. When I came in the following day I was told that the bill was over 4000 as they had done the struts and radiator. I said i had not authorized the struts work. I was told by the guy at the counter he would check to which he said gus said I did authorize the work. The rep at the counter was very rude. Any time I asked him to make a phone call to remedy the situation he would stop and scold me about how every time I tell him I need this resolved quickly he would say you are holding me up from making the call and would go on and on almost fighting with me to just make the phone call. At the end I had to pay for my struts just to get my car and was told to come back on Saturday to speak with them and get a refund after they put the old ones back on. Very crapy service for stuff I didn't authorize and was told that they have it on audio that I did. So im looking forward to hearing that tomorrow.

Save your money energy and time. I was in an accident and my car was sent to them to get my alignment done. Once I received my car it kept pulling to the right. I brought the car in today and they said it was slightly off but that I was all good to go. I get down the street and could immediately tell they didn’t do anything and my car was still pulling. I called to them and Gus assured me the alignment was fine it was just my tires need to be replaced. I immediately went to another shop and had it inspected and sure enough the alignment was not done right.

Went for a flat repair and rotation. Service manager was knowledgeable and staff was polite. Unfortunately my tire was toast due to a railroad spike. They helped me figure out a solution and had me on my way for way less than expected. They have earned my business and I will be back.

Very disappointing experience. I came in to get my brakes done and was told it would take about an hour. When I returned after an hour and a half, they hadn’t even started. The employee said the car ahead of me had complications and it would be another hour. When I came back, they had all four tires off but weren’t working on my car. After waiting another 30 minutes, they finally called my name and told me my brakes “weren’t that bad” but my rotors would need replacing soon—for $800 just for the front. I said I’d wait if it was still safe to drive. They said fine, but they were going on lunch. I had to wait for them to come back from lunch and then it took them another full hour just to put the tires back on. What should have been a quick job turned into a frustrating four-hour ordeal with no real work done. We won’t be returning when it’s time to replace the brakes.

The experience wasn't the best. The guy was friendly and customer service wasn't bad with the exception of one of the guy misleading me on the rebate information on how it worked and what I was going to get back. For a oil change it took way too long. I was there for over 2 hours even with an "appointment" even though they set a time for you to come in, it's still first come first serve which is kind of confusing. It's actually between a 2 and 3 stars and that's being generous given the end conversation regarding the rebate information.

It was very easy to get the work done. I left my car for a few hours and they completed the alignment. During the test drive, Terry realized there was something else wrong. Thankfully he discovered that the tire was splitting as this could have been a dangerous blowout for my daughter. I highly recommend this place and Terry is always so kind and helpful!

Best car service in Riverside, as far as I’m concerned! I got a flat tire and thought for sure I’d have to buy a new one. They called ahead of my appointment time to ensure they had the size tire I needed before I made the drive over. The proactiveness and forethought really reflects well on them. To make it even better, they then patched the old one for free and sent me on my way. They could have easily gouged me for a whole new tire, but chose to patch the old one on the house! I’ve come to them for a few car issues before and been satisfied, but that kind gesture earned them some serious loyalty from me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Tire Choice Auto Service thanks to Gustavo. After taking my car to Honda three different times for a tire issue (I bought the tires there and was told they were under warranty), they only kept adding air and never properly checked the tires. My tire would go flat again every time. Gustavo immediately took the time to inspect my tires and found five nails right away. Something Honda failed to do every single visit. He was professional, honest, and efficient, and actually fixed the problem instead of brushing it off. I’m extremely grateful for Gustavo’s help and attention to detail. I was on freeway next to March Air Force Base. Something went into my tire and gave me a flat. I searched tire shops and this one popped up fast. Went in and very friendly place.
