I can’t say enough great things about Mike at Tire Kingdom! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice (no upselling!), and made sure I understood all my options. The service was fast, fair, and top-notch. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly values their customers but Mike does exactly that. Head in at 5. Ask for an oil change and a check on a leaky tire. They tell me my car has no oil in it and that the last garage messed up big time. 5:45, they've got me on some reserve oil to limp me along to the old garage long enough to rain fire.. I drive half a mile. Lose 9 PSI on the tire they say is fixed. Call them. I explain what's happened. They don't believe me. Ask them to stay a little late because I'm coming back and they close at 6:00. 6:02. I get back. Doors locked. Lights out. I stare at them as they sit and leave in their cars. These people do not care.

Came in here because I had a flat tire. My tire pressure was at 8 and I was in a rush. They immediately got me in. They told me I had a nail in my tire. They immediately were able to replace my tire at a super cheap price and it it quickly. They were super nice and honest. Not a place where they will try to take advantage of you! Will 100% be coming here again if I need to.

On 11/625 I bought 4 new tires from this establishment, and with the alignment it cost me almost $750 dollars. Today, on 12/24/25 one of those brand new tires popped. Looked at my receipt and it said that I had a warranty on them. I’m like, okay, no money is coming out of my pocket. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I was given an excuse the tread has to be checked to determine on if I receive a replacement, and then I’d have to pay for the balance which cost me over $105 dollars. The impression I was given was that the warranty was valid for 30 days, but no where does that reflect the validity of that warranty. One of the assumptions was I probably ran over something, when in reality the tires were over inflated. I usually get my tires from Goodyear and they always have given me a 3 year warranty. It didn’t matter how much wear and tear on the tires, if something was wrong they either fixed or replaced free of charge. The staff was professional, but the business practices of this establishment has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never spend money with them anymore. I guess this is what you get when you choose a product that doesn’t last even two months.

This place is a joke! They lie to you when you go in there! Went in for an oil change and asked for them to do the tire rotation which is free it says. They said they did them but they didn't because my tire lug nut is still stuck on the same tire! Then when I called about it told me to bring it in and because he didn't want to work hard. I heard him tell the other dude that he "wasn't gonna deal with this shit!" And had a hissy fit about it. I will never be coming back there. If you don't want to work or work hard then why even have a job in that field? Very unprofessional and incapable of fulfilling their word and work! Very upset will be calling corporate! He also rounded my lug nut and didn't mentioned it found out about it this morning! This place is shit!

The guys at Tire Kingdom went out of their way to make sure I got my tires after the warehouse didn't send the tires they had ordered for me. They personally went to the warehouse and picked up the tires and installed them. This allowed me to make it to Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house. I was truly impressed with the concern that they showed for me. And I am truly grateful for excellent service and their professionalism. These guys are the best. Thank you.
