Went to get my tires rotated and get an oil change for a big road trip coming up and not only was it the best service I’ve had but JonJon taught me how to change a tire just in case I needed to for my road trip since I mentioned not knowing how to. Not only did I come out with rotated tires and a fresh oil change but I also know how to change a tire out now! Couldn’t recommend anywhere better.

Very friendly front desk agent (John John). Refreshing, you don't find Business people like this anymore. Also extremely helpful with Brand Warranty even though I did not buy the tires here. Update 30Jul25, this is my third trip to them with my third vehicle for a tire and oil change. Nothing has changed here. Excellent Business!

Tire Trust is the BEST! Today, I called in a tizzy when my battery died in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 5 in the afternoon. Jeremy volunteered to bring a new battery and installed it in the parking lot. My superhereo! The team at Tire Trust is honest, efficient and friendly. They have saved me twice when my battery died in a store parking lot. They go above and beyond! We trust Mark, Jon Jon and their team to take care of our cars.

These guys are awesome! I just moved here from Idaho and still have Idaho plates. Didn't matter. They treated me like I'd been a customer for decades! Jon Jon, Jeremy, Zach, and the youngster who actually worked on my truck...they were all friendly, honest, super efficient and highly professional. I won't go anywhere else from now on! If you live near Pensacola , take your vehicle to Tire Trust. Their prices are fair and the service second to none!

I have visited Trust Tire twice now, and both time have been a wonderful experience. First visit I was driving a Jacked up Jeep with 37 in tires and bead lock rims . I actually was referred there by another automotive company that couldn't help. When I walked in the service was VIP . The guys got me right in and looked at my bead locks and knew that they were a problem and not safe to drive . They were genuinely worried taking me around back to see if they had anything to help me out temporarily until I could new rims for my Jeep . NO OTHER TIRE STORE IVE BEEN TO HAVE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME LIKE THAT!! Now I drive a BMW I woke up to a flat tire got it aired up thought I would be fine drove it to work, and when I got off the tire was on the rim again. I aired it up one more time and drove by trust tire on my way home. At 510 these guys were still at it . I walked in and was welcomed with smiling faces ready to help they came right out found the problem and fixed me up and ready to get home in less than 10 mins. Locally owned business with hometown service . I will never go anywhere else but TRUST TIRE INC!!!! Thanks guys for saving me once again!!!

I've used Tire Trust for several years, even during a time when I didn't work downtown anymore and it was no longer convenient. They're fantastic. They have been upfront about the services my vehicle needs, never tried to upsell me, and they're usually fast enough that I can walk around Palafox while they're working on my car. Plan to pay with cash or check to avoid the "card fee" and you're golden.
