Enough of this place which has steadily went downhill and may be near the bottom. Filled with workers who would rather hang out in the office than actually work and a huge turnover on a regularbasis. For the 3rd time our vehicle left here with additional issues...this time after replacing an alternator they failed to rehook the ac requiring me to take it elsewhere to fix their mistakes. I won't be back and advise you to look elsewhere as this place is an accident waiting to happen. This from a very long term and loyal customer.

I had a Pleasant experience but they spent an hour doing everything except finding my noisy tire problem. My new used car had a defective brand new tire and the dealer checked it and didn’t find the problem. So I told Tires plus what to look for and they did their routine check on everything and rebalanced all my tires for $75,00, which I think was cheap but I didn’t need it, and I went home and took pictures of my problem myself and the dealer replaced my tire. The 3rd tread in was 1/4 inch different making the tire out of round causing a slapping noise. They know what they know but no out of the box thinking.

Avoid this place at all cost. Had an appointment at 8am to get oil change done, alignment and had to get two new tie rods. I didn’t know they had to order these parts and was never told. After hours and hours of waiting I finally walked out at 2pm but there was a problem. The guy put the tie rods on the wrong side of the car (which can happen) so I had to wait another few hours to have the issue fixed and get a new alignment. I didn’t walk out of here till almost 4 o'clock. So from 8am to 4pm that’s how long I waited for because this job should only take 3 hours. Just terrible. This place has been going downhill over the years since Ive been coming here and it’s just gotten worse. To add insult to injury when I got in my car, I checked my oil life and it shows that 80% now if they did the oil change, they should at least make it to where it’s at 100% in oil life, but of course they forgot to reset the oil button on the car so it’s just again it’s just minor things like that. Just need to be corrected. It’s just literally mechanic 101

The absolute best thing EVER about Tires Plus is the ability to put repairs on a TP credit card. That is a godsend for broke people and is the #1 reason why I am always recommending Tires Plus to everyone. I've been with you all for many years and I'm still happy, oh except for the 30% APR! Haven’t been here in a while since my manager friend Tom quit years ago. I needed to swap out tires and rims on my new ride so I gave Holly a call. She was very accommodating .
