When I noticed the oil level in my car was low, I went to Tire Plus. It was close to 7:00 p.m., and the shop was about to close, but Jessie was still willing to help. Even though they usually only do full oil changes, he kindly topped off my oil and brought the level back up.He also advised me to get a diagnosis done to check for a possible oil leak. I really appreciate his honesty and great customer service!

For sure, if you find a good place to get new tires don’t switch up. Normally, I would have gotten my tires from the one on Capital circle. This is the first time ever making a big purchase at this one. Two days after getting new tires, a nail. Luckily, I got road hazards. I originally went in for two brand new tires and those were fine. Right after getting them put on I went and parked for the rest of the day and a half. I had to call to get the receipt. I didn’t receive the inspection report as promised. The lobby’s AC has been out for a few days and I’m not sure if it was better to sit outside and watch my car get new tires put on. Overall, I’m not sure who to trust for great quality service for the price we pay.

Had 2 flats today, brought my car in around 5:30, and Jessie got me in. They were professional and thorough, and found that I have rim damage from oxidation, which is causing a faulty seal on the tire. Never knew that could happen, but Jessie educated me on it and came up with recommendations to resove my problem. I appreciate all the time that spent on figuring out the cause of my deflating tires. I made an appointment because I had 2 lights on my dashboard. I went through a huge puddle during the rain last weekend and it affected the battery connections. Needed a new battery and also asked them to replace my rear door handle, which had broken. Everything was completed within the time frame and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They have repaired my car before and I have never had a complaint. As an aside, the last time I bought a middle-of-the-road battery (4 years ago) it cost $85. This one was $202. I wonder if I'm eligible for a tariff rebate...

These guys rock! My husband got a flat tire with no spare and was scrambling to try and get someone out to him. He noticed the Tiresplus in the lot over and Jessie was so amazing, he went ahead and walked over with a jack and got a new tire on right then and there. He was incredibly nice and we were so grateful that he was able to help us out instead of us having to wait for a tow to take us next door. The price was also incredibly reasonable. We will be coming back to this location for all our needs!

About 9:00 on a Saturday morning and Jessie took care of me. In and out and under 30 minutes replacing a trailer tire. I brought him the tire on the rim and he replaced it quickly and efficiently while I was talking to him at the front counter he had his guy take care of it. I never even got away from the counter.
