Personally I did not have a good experience here. I went in to buy a used vehicle and was judged by the way I look and I felt like I was really being pushed into buying a 5+ yr old vehicle that I did not really want to buy in the first place. I dont feel like I was listened to or like they really wanted to sell the vehicle that day. Then he proceeded to insult me because of my age and assumed I wasn't financially responsible. Safe to say I will never be back. I would give this dealership half a star but one star is the lowest Google will let me rate it.

As a first-time buyer, everyone here made me feel completely comfortable and never once pressured me to make any decisions. The vibe just felt way better than the other dealerships I visited. Chad was an amazing salesman! Super helpful, friendly, and genuinely seemed to cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. He even went above and beyond to personally retrieve my old license plates from my trade in after it had unknowingly been shipped away to “Timbuktu”, just because I wanted them as a keepsake. Even finance guy Jose explained everything to me and never made me feel silly for asking questions. I have only great things to say about everyone I worked with here. I LOVE my new Corolla Cross!!

I have been waiting months for my 2026 RAV4. I got the call! I am ecstatic! I was a diehard Honda owner for decades. I am not looking back! I feel like I am in a new century 😂 My experience at the dealer was wonderful, really! Buying a car is time consuming. I ENJOYED it! Jesse my salesman was is a wonderful human as was the gentleman who did my financing. I met several people all wonderful people. We all visited like old friends on subjects more than the car😂! UPDATE: Initial issue resolved professionally by Service Manager Mike Maier After posting my review, Mike Maier, the Service Manager at Titus-Will Toyota, personally contacted me to address the situation. He apologized for the way my case was handled and acknowledged that I should not have been asked to pay for another diagnostic when the original repair did not resolve the issue. Mike asked me to bring the car back and assured me that he would personally follow up. The next morning he called to let me know they had identified the actual problem, a tiny crack in the "Fuel Tank Solenoid Main Valve Assembly". The part has been ordered and should arrive in a few days. He also confirmed that I was not charged for the additional diagnostic, and he is working to minimize my cost for the repair, including not charging labor for the fix. I truly appreciate the way Mike handled this situation. He was professional, responsive, and clearly focused on resolving the issue and making things right. This is the level of customer service you would expect from a dealership representing Toyota. I hope the leadership team at Titus-Will Toyota recognizes Mike Maier for the way he handled this situation, his professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer service truly reflect what customers expect from a Toyota dealership. Original Review: I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at Titus-Will Toyota. I brought my 2022 Toyota Camry in because the check engine light came on. The dealership charged me $240 for a diagnostic, and their technician told me the purge valve (vacuum switching valve) was stuck and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $536 for the repair. Instead, I purchased the same part from the same dealership for $143 and replaced it myself. The replacement took less than 5 minutes, literally one screw and two small hoses. After driving about 45 miles, the check engine light came back on, which means the original diagnosis was incorrect. I returned to the service department and explained that the part they diagnosed as faulty had already been replaced and the problem still exists. Instead of standing behind their diagnostic work, I was told I would need to pay another $240 diagnostic fee for them to look at it again. When I pointed out that their original diagnosis was wrong, the response I received was essentially: “Then maybe it’s something else.” At this point I’ve paid $240 for an incorrect diagnosis and $143 for a part that apparently wasn’t the issue, and the dealership wants another $240 just to keep looking for the problem. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out to the service manager and left multiple voicemails, but never received the courtesy of a return call. If a dealership is going to charge premium diagnostic fees, customers should be able to expect accurate diagnostics or at least accountability when the diagnosis is wrong. This experience has been extremely frustrating and does not inspire confidence in the service department. I hope the management team at Titus-Will Toyota reviews this situation and contacts me to address what appears to be an incorrect diagnosis and the lack of follow-up from the service department.

We had a good experience at T-W 5 years ago when we bought a Prius, so we went back for the used RAV4 hybrid we were seeking. We worked with the salesperson Rory Siqueira and we are really glad we did. Rory was very, very helpful, full of practical information, personable, no BS, no pressure, relaxed, and an obviously good human. I had done a lot of research, so TBH, it was easy to evaluate his approach. He knew all the ins and outs and wonky details of the vehicle we wanted. We would recommend him to anyone. Shout out also to Jose Alberto, the finance guy--kind of the same deal. When you're asked to make a bunch of choices that could be worthy but also pile on costs to be regretted later, it's generally not a comfy situation, but Jose was very down to earth and helpful.

Look at different manufacturers, toyota is relying on their name at this point. The remote start is totally trash. IF and that's a big if you can get it to work it's within 30 feet of the truck. So it starts 10 secs before getting inside of it. You have to be outside to get it to work, 25 feet and a wall between you is to much to over come. You have to pay for the app to get function in your car to work, 10$ a month is a lot to make things work the way I bought the truck. I shouldn't have to pay to get my vehicle to do what I already paid for it to do. The bed is plastic and only glued down in the tacoma. If you put any weight in it the glue pops off. GMC are looking much better now. I have to keep this thing or lose 8k on the trade in, I checked. I'd suggest making a better decision than me.

Overall very much enjoyed buying my new Toyota Tundra Capstone from Titus Will with Solomon. They originally didn't have the car I wanted on the lot but it didn't take long to get it delivered, plus I got all the bells and whistles which Chris from accessories was super awesome handling. Even the paperwork felt painless with Joe's help and the new electronic application processes. The only minus I would have is that my car is never clean when I pick it up here(even when it was new). I see that they do have a car wash in the back but maybe my car is too big for it? Just saying seems strange that I pay all this money for a dirty car but I think thats reflective on the big boss than anything...still 5 stars though.
