Justin and his team at TJ's hooked me up big time. I came into town from 300 miles away on a Saturday night and the next morning at the hotel I found that I had a flat tire. Being a Sunday I was lucky that I was able to find a shop that not only was open, but who was able to help me! Justin was able to fix my tire quickly and get me back to the weekend, and at a great price. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely recommend TJ's without reservation to whoever may be in need of auto service in Burlington!

Justin was an absolute life saver today. We are a one car family and need the vehicle for commuting to work daily. I came in on Sunday with sounds coming from my car that were beyond my diagnostic capacity. Justin was quick to calling out the issue on the test drive-- I had nothing left as far a rear brakes go. He took the time to walk me through the repair and gave me options to pursue. I went with both front and rear brake pads and rotor service along with one caliper replacement. He was professional, personable, and took the time to stay open later to finish my repair so I could have the vehicle ready for the work week. I cannot thank you enough Justin. Great work!

I met Justin about a year ago, and right from the start, it was clear he’s a kind, genuine, and trustworthy person. On one Friday evening, my check engine light came on. I contacted Justin and he offered to take a look at my car the next day despite it being the weekend. Justin was quick to schedule me in to fix my car that Sunday where he replaced the spark plugs and wires. While he was working, he discovered that the ignition coil needed replacing. He sent detailed photos and a video explaining what he believed caused the issue. He replaced the ignition coil the following day, and I was able to pick up my car that same afternoon. I really appreciated Justin’s honesty, his clear communication, and the care he puts into his work. It’s obvious he’s motivated by genuinely helping people, not just getting the job done. Justin is approachable, easy to talk to, and scheduling with him is a breeze. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in Burlington looking for trustworthy, quality work.

If you like good knowledgeable work, decent pricing, service with a smile. Than This Is For You! Justin will work with you. Some of my car fell apart. Since it was all open. He got new nessary pieces, to put it back together. Now this is unheard of he took off the hour cost that it would have taken him to get to that part, if he hadn’t already been there. A true hero. our driver was in need of assistance his alternator was not working and battery was dead and it was freezingly cold outside. He help us fixing our diesel pickup truck for very affordable price if not the cheapest in the area. He offered a warm place for a driver, came to the truck jumped it and brought to his shop and fixed it as quick as possible. Definetly recommend!

Warning: Avoid This Shop at All Costs UPDATED (11/11): Took my car to a real mechanic yesterday, and here’s what he found: 1. The left sway bar link upper nut was completely missing. 2. Three lug nuts were cross-threaded. 3. The front passenger brakes were loose. 4. Three out of four tire sensors were damaged — thanks to the “new guy” they had learning how to change tires right in front of me. And somehow, I’m the one being called unreasonable? What a joke. This place is a revolving door — every time you go there, there’s a new face pretending to know what they’re doing. They’re hiring random people off the street to experiment on customers’ cars, then act like you’re the problem. Absolute scam of a shop. Avoid it if you value your vehicle or your sanity. This shop completely failed me on every level — honesty, reliability, and integrity. What started as what seemed like a good deal for an oil change ($79) turned into a nightmare that cost me time, money, and damage to my vehicles. Every single time I took my car there, it sat far longer than promised. I even referred a friend for repairs — they replaced completely the wrong parts. That should have been my first red flag. I later brought in my Mercedes for work. I admit I had purchased the wrong fuel tank myself, but any professional mechanic would have checked the part before tearing the car apart and then charging $750 for nothing. When I showed my frustration, the owner, Justin, suggested that a “friend” of his — someone who had already scammed me in the past — could buy the car from me. Totally unprofessional and shady. Then I took my minivan in for a driveshaft repair that was supposed to take one day. It sat there for four days. When I brought it back later for stauts replacement and new tires, they melted my CV axle boot and broke my tire sensor. When I returned for them to fix their own mistakes, instead of simply replacing the damaged boot, they decided to remove the entire right CV axle that had no issues. The car sat there for seven days, and on the last day, I literally had to sit in the shop and pressure them just to put my car back together. They even damaged the CV axle threads after hammering on it for hours. While waiting on their endless delays, I had to keep using the car for my business. Because of that, my tires wore unevenly since I couldn’t get an alignment done until their work was finished. When I tried to bring the car again so they could make things right, I sat an entire day — again — and nothing was touched. When I texted to express my frustration (politely), Justin told me I needed an “emotional punching bag”. That was the last straw. This company has no respect for customers, no accountability, and no integrity. I lost both time and money because of their mistakes and attitude. If you value your vehicle, your time, and your sanity — stay far away from this shop.

Today my friend and I had a genuinely scary experience when we discovered that the lug nuts on her car were loose. No other shop was open except Costco, who unfortunately refused to help us. We ended up at VIP, where we met Thomas Dragon and we could not be more grateful. Even though he was already extremely busy, Thomas went out of his way to make sure we were safe. He took the time to check and tighten the lug nuts for us, giving us peace of mind when we really needed it. When we tried to offer payment, he refused and simply suggested donating to Make-A-Wish instead.
