To find someone honest in the car repair industry is hard. Rest assured, TJ's will do everything in their power to not only do the best job possible, but they are always fair and honest. Several times I have been surprised when others wanted to charge me more and I take my car to TJs Auto and they end up charging me far less than any other quotes I've received. Thank you TJ!!! I always go to TJ’s whenever I need my e90 BMW fixed. By far the best mechanic for european cars in the Utah County area. Extremely fair prices and great customer service is why I continue to come to TJs and will continue to come in the future. Thanks for fixing my car time and time again. A true life saver.

Came here for mainly maintenance purposes on my c300. The last time I went in for a transmission service I was quoted $450. I agreed to the price but later they called me and said it would be an extra $100 because my car was the “amg”. I said “really?” And they said “yep, it’s the big one”. My car is not an amg, it was a simple c300. I don’t know if it was because I was young and they thought I knew nothing about cars, let alone my own car, and they thought they could lie to get a quick buck but I was severely dissapointed. I don’t remember exactly who it was but it was my first time having work done by him. I trusted this shop but if they’re willing to lie and scam for a quick $100, I simply can’t do business with them.

I was quoted an absurd amount for a simple job. Frankly I would go through the hassle myself but I dont have tools. Upon questioning the price, the owner got very defensive and very passive aggressive. You can find a much better price point as well as service literally anywhere. Heck I’ll do the work myself for you better than these idiot’s.

Kind, available, honest about work needing to be done. I have had them work on multiple vehicles including a b5 s4 and an e36 m3. They have always completed the work to perfection. The S4 was repaired at the dealer prior to TJ's, due to an accident and so many issues arose from the repair performed at the dealer. TJ's was able to repair my car properly and at a great price. On my m3 they they did the repairs same day and even offered advice over the phone when I was out of town and having issues. Solid and knowledgeable shop I keep sending my cars and my friends and family's cars to over that past 7+ years and never a single regret.

These guys are amazing quality work way above the Benz dealerships quality and much faster service plus very fair pricing and they stand behind there work 100%. Where one of the Benz dealer parts was defective And needed to be replaced again After two months of it working and then it quit working again they Stood behind her work and the dealerships part That they ordered And they replaced free of charge that’s service. plus they always got me right in and got the job done same day or next day even in a few larger jobs they are the best European auto mechanics. In my personal opinion, they are not European Car Specialty Mechanic, they are just an average Mechanic. I've been driving Mercedes for over 10 years. I had my S550 in their shop, they charged me premium price and at the same time what they worked on, created some other issues that wasn't there before (comes from that, they don't know how to work on these sensitive cars) 1. They changed both front axles and Ever-since got a bad wheel bearing noise (because they installed the hub and bearing while changing the axle, wrongly) 2. They replaced Bank#1 sensor #1 and Ever-since I have the code for that exact sensor. I went back to them to see how they would handle their own mistakes on my car, he didn't even wanna get off his chair to check it out and he said that they'll charge me for fixing these stuff. I am just amazed how poorly they do the job and not taking any accountability for it, while they charge too much for the poor job and customers service that they do.

I recently visited TJ's European Auto Repair in Orem, Utah, for a pre-purchase inspection, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After the inspection, we discussed the various codes and issues identified, and I requested a rough estimate for the repairs. The owner quoted me a staggering $2800-$3500, which he claimed was for parts alone. When I asked for a breakdown of the parts and their costs, the owner hesitated and then confirmed that the estimate was indeed for parts only. This raised my suspicions, as it seemed unlikely that he could have calculated such a precise figure without looking up the parts first. When I pressed for more details, the owner became extremely hostile, cussing me out and telling me to leave his store immediately. I was shocked by his aggressive reaction to what I felt was a reasonable request for transparency. I've never encountered a business owner who escalated a situation so quickly over a simple question. This experience left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of TJ's European Auto Repair. I would advise others to be cautious and seek a second opinion before committing to any services here

I had good recommendations to go here and he appeared to be super helpful but he put terrible quality products on our Atlas. Replaced the brakes and rotors and it was immediately squeaky after. Took it back a week later and he just kept saying that was normal. After 2 years of putting up with the terrible squeaky brakes, we took it into a VW dealership and they were shocked at the “Amazon quality” brakes and the fact that they only lasted 2 years. Very frustrating experience and wouldn’t ever go back

Took my m3 comp in because of a bushing that needed to be replaced. Price ended up being less than what they quoted me because they got it done quicker than expected. (Lots of shops would have charged anyway). They went WAY above and beyond to help me find a part that wasn’t really available (even bmw was going to try to sell me an entire subframe for a simple bushing). They did it in 24 hours and had awesome communication the entire time. I will send all of my buddies here. Troy and Jayson are the nicest guys and are one of the few local business around that still do business the right way. Big shoutout to them.

I took my Volkswagen Jetta to TJ for general repairs to pass emissions. This is the first car I have owned and I didn't know much about cars. I was freaking out because the dealership said that it doesn't need any repairs but within a day the CEL came on. TJ was super calm and reassuring. He gave me the lowest estimates amongst all the auto shops and told me exactly what needed to be fixed. He also gave me a 6 month warranty on the repairs. I had to take it to his shop one more time but since it was in the warranty period, he did not charge me. If you have a European car and you're not sure what's wrong with the car, take it to TJ.
