Josh was wonderfully helpful in explaining the membership options and it's nice that you can do a one-month trial without then having to remember to cancel. The Works is a premium option but worth it--it even got some gross tar smudges off my passenger door. And the vacuum stalls make it easy to do a quick interior clean. A-plus experience!

I've always enjoyed this car wash, but on 2/24/24 I brought our Kia Telluride through the wash right after they opened. Toward the end of the wash I came off the tracks, jackknifed, and honked for a full minute until someone noticed. Afterward I pulled over to the vacuums to inspect for damage. No one bothered to see if things were okay. I saw an employee inside the wash slink away when I noticed them. Not cool. Thinking I have to go elsewhere for upstanding service.

People where amazing I have drivin around the country for many years and I miss Minnesota hospitality. These people go above and beyond , even slowed me down in the wash to work the bugs off then stop over by the vac to see if I was satisfied. All I can say keep up the great work and personality is everything I would recommend this wash I’m from Maine with my WRX car looking great again!!!!!

Might as well wash your car with an SOS pad. Sure glad I signed up for the monthly plan, just wash my car once. The swirls and scratches are horrible. Ill never return Tommy, thanks for the 250 dollar paint correction and buff my 2026 vehicle now needs after visiting your wash.

This is my absolute favorite place for car wash. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Everytime i hit the help button for mat washes question, someone always show up. They either troubleshoot the machine or take ur mat to be washed for u. I don’t live in the area but have been willing to drive the extra miles just to come here for the services! I have had the works top package for a long time now ! It started out great and I'm picky ! Had the whole family to join things started changing ! Not getting the full wash not getting my SUV clean ! Family members not happy not getting the cars clean and a scratched rim really not happy ! So they all let their memberships go . I haven't yet but really thinking about it . Went through just yesterday didn't even get the snow off ! I now have a damaged SUV and they will not cover it . there was a very loud noise that hit the top of the SUV. Very wrong take your money not clean your SUV damage it leave it up to you to cover the cost !

Decided to try out Tommy's instead of going to Holiday or Super America like I normally do. Went for the top wash package. My car is almost as dirty as it was before I went in. It wasn't super dirty to begin with. It was mainly the hood from trees dropping stuff. The passenger side now has a one inch wide line of dirt that extends from the front to the rear. The hood got a little cleaner but not much. There isn't even a noticeable difference on any of the windows. Just gonna save $10 and keep going to Holiday or Super America.

First time customer. Very quick (almost too quick) in and out. I paid for The Works, but noticed a bit later that it had missed some spots and left streaks (my car was caked pretty good in dirty road salt), so I called and asked if I could get another pass, and they said of course. Zero hassle, just a second pass through with The Works, which did the trick. They were very kind and helpful. Great place.

First impression: Fit my '19 Ford F350, good wash, great service, great dry at the end. I used to work at a full service wash in early 2k and not all car washes are the same. I find it easier to go to a self serve to get the quality I like generally. This one was pleasant though and I will use again when I'm in the area.

The car wash is great, but it’s been down more than often off late. It would be nice to have it running continuously especially in the winter where cars need more frequent washes to avoid driving around a dusty car (this is the main reason for our subscription). Refunds should be provided when there is downtime (similar to prorated charges when starting mid month after a pause).

Me and my wife bought a three month pass because we figured it was a good value for 45 dollars. We have had our car washed two times now and I feel like something isn't working right because it has left soap residue both times. We haven't said anything yet because they seem to be very busy when we're there. We will try once more than I will make a point of bringing it to there attention.

It was a lot of money to not have my car completely clean. $25 (with tax) for the ultimate wash. I still had dirt on the trunk lid, the hood and rear bumper and over the tires. I understand you have a membership, but when I say "No" 3 times, I really mean NO - Im not interested in buying your membership. I did like the free vacuums, although they weren't the best but definitely not the worst. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I went by to get the $15/month for 3 months promo today because someone told me about it and said the wash does a great job. I was surprised no one guided me in, and a bit worried if I lined up ok. Also, no one brushes the back of the vehicle at entry. As a result, my SUV was still filthy on the back. I went through a second time immediately after, and it's still dirty. I will likely cancel my membership. Holiday down the road does a better job, maybe because they brush the back when you go in (and they have someone guiding). My photos are after 2 washes.
