Danny is great. I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off in the morning and was finished before noon. Identified a couple of issues but no pressure about getting repairs. I know from past experience this is an honest (rare) auto repair facility. Thanks Danny!

I needed my A/C checked before a road trip. They found a problem, ordered the part and it was fixed the next day. The repairs ended up being half the estimate plus it only took a few hours to complete the job instead of half the day so I didn’t miss any scheduled appts as I had feared. Location is super convenient. Shuttle driver Hans was prompt and courteous. Dan and Tony were excellent too. I hate getting my car serviced but this was a pleasant experience.

Love Dan and the crew! Went in morning after Christmas for oil change armed with book to read etc. While I was talking to Dan at the desk, very entertaining I might add, they changed oil, checked fluids, and washed windows and had me back on the road. Never got to even take my book out of the bag! Reasonably priced, friendly and great service. Been going there for several years now and highly recommend them.

I brought my truck in for a minor oil leak and experienced issues with the clutch not fully engaging, resulting in rough shifts. When I approached the counter to schedule an appointment for the oil leak and rough shifting, I specified my truck model (International 1210). The front desk guy mentioned they don't work on that model, which was okay, and then proceeded to tell me I needed to be in the right mindset for a shop to tell me the engine would have to be pulled and it could be upwards of 5-10k. For a very minor oil leak on an engine that has been entirely rebuilt, and its only issue is that. Then he told me he saw my truck pull in and that I would be better off taking it more south (South Phoenix), to someone who doesn’t speak English. The entire time he spoke to me like I knew nothing about my own truck and telling me I needed to be in the right mindset. I don’t recommend anyone taking classic cars there.

The staff was very welcoming of me when I needed emergency maintenance as I was traveling from Tucson to San Fransisco. Dan was very kind, conversational, and honest. I was dealing with an overheating engine and strange noises and after a diagnostic inspection he frankly told me that driving the car would be dangerous and fixing it would be more expensive than trading it in. He advised again fixing it even though it would’ve made him more money. The staff was also very informative and engaging as they looked at the car! GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERIENCE!

This is my first time with Tony's Service Center. GOOD QUALITY: The service done was what was expected from my neighbors comments. GOOD VALUE: Definitely. The cost was lower than the auto dealers cost. PROFESSIONAL: Very. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I was asked what service I would need and my questions were answered. As a side note, I live across the street but my age makes it difficult to walk it. I was driven home and picked later to get my car. ON TIME: Not only on time, but 1 1/2 hours earlier. I can't say enough about Tony or Tony's Service Center.

If you have an intoxalock, they are okay with servicing. Dan encouraged me to replace my system (about $500) when I was experiencing issues with my alternator. He consistently reassured me that the cost would be refunded, however due to specific notes he placed on the install it was not covered. After a lockout, I had extenuating circumstances that would not allow me to service my car in the hours of the shop, closing at 4:30. I called ahead of time to see if I was able to drop my car in the lot on a Tues night and pick up on a Thurs morning, however via phone he abruptly said “I don’t want your car on my lot for two days” and offered no alternative solution. He claims that his services are more expensive per quality of work, however with intoxalock specifically, you are able to go to many places for the same servicing. Dan is friendly and personable however after spending hundreds of dollars with them, and quite honestly feeling a bit taken advantage of, I will not be returning.

My car started acting up on my way to work. I called Tony's and Danny was able to have me come in immediately to take a look. They offered me a ride back to work, which I accepted and was extremely grateful for. They had me a diagnosis and estimate within two hours, and I gave them the go-ahead about an hour after that. They were still able to order the parts, get them in, and finish up my car before closing time. They were efficient, kind and very helpful. I checked around and the cost seemed comparable to other places. It was a very quick and painless process, which isn't always the case when having car repairs done. Thank you all!

I have been taking my 15 year old Honda Pilot to Tony's for many years. The service is exceptional and I don't ever feel that I am being pushed into repairs that are not necessary at that time. Many times I am given the option of doing them now or maybe they can wait. Dan is always polite and helpful. Went in for a major repair and while it was there Anthony found a way to fix the side of my driver's seat that had broken and was hanging. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed. That's the kind of service you get at Tony's!

I have been taking my cars to Dan and his team at Tony’s Service Center for almost 35 years and I can’t thank them enough for all of the amazing service they have provided over the years to not only myself but to other members of my family as well. Thinking back over the years I can probably count on one hand where they had my car more than a day or two for any repair. They have consistently for these many years been able to identify the problem and been able to get the parts for repair quickly, efficiently and done professionally. I am confident they have maintained the highest level of transparency as well as honesty with me which has always been important to me as a female consumer. There have been many times when they pulled up a video or pictures to help me better understand what the issue was and how they would fix it. I can honestly say without hesitation that I have never had to take my car back to Dan to complain it wasn’t fixed the first time! I am positive that the team’s thoroughness and foresight has saved me money over the years. I drive a 2005 Toyota 4Runner and have made sure to religiously keep up with routine maintenance. Very recently I had Dan’s team change out the front end mechanics as well as the differential in my truck and I couldn’t be happier! Over the years they have done the timing chain, AC work, tires, brake jobs, and oil changes as part of regular maintenance, plus a lot more!

Everyone was friendly enough but I was a little disappointed after taking my car there. Had an obvious issue with an engine light. After keeping it two days and a $228 "diagnosis" fee, they basically told me what it "could be". Nothing a code reader and a google search did not already tell me before I brought it there. Wanted to do more "testing" at a cost. Is that not what the diagnosis should have done?? Maybe I am confused.

My boss, Lou, referred me here a couple years ago. I noticed one of his company vans on their lot and asked him if he would recommend them. His response was 'absolutely'! Come to find out, he's been using them for years! He told me "they're not the cheapest, but they're the best"! I've been going to them ever since!
