Guys be cautious using the business all i see is bad reviews and him screwing people. There are so many shops in town use a reputable company. To have 2 stars is terrible!! Please don't use them!!

Worst mechanic I've ever been to. Completely non-communicative, does work without telling you first, makes threats if you don't pay. Definitely will not return & will tell everyone in my life to avoid here at all costs.

They helped me when I was at my lowest. My transmission cracked and I did not have the money to buy a new one or have the time so they helped me rig it up so I can make it all they way back home to Bismarck I would recommend this fine mechanics to anyone.

CHECK the BBB Site They have multiple complaints and D+ rating. Top Tech automotive charged me for repairs they didn't do. They said that they fixed the valves and machined the head; they also "repaired" an oil leak. The service took 14 days to "complete." They kept running over on their estimated completion date. I had multiple conversations with Darin the owner and he keep apologizing for the bad customer service. When I drove the Jeep away from the shop the radiator house blew off because they had used bad parts to install it. During the work they cracked the exhaust manifold. I brought it back to them because Darin said they wanted to check the work. He gave me a quote for the manifold repair and said they checked all of the work and everything else look good. I brought the vehicle to another shop to have the manifold work done. When the shop began the work they contacted me to tell me that the head is leaking oil and antifreeze and that the oil pan is leaking had had not been repaired and the transmission work had not been completed either. He took pictures of all of the leaks and it was obvious that the leaks had been happening since the original work done at Top Tech. When he took the head off the gasket was installed upside down. He checked the head and the head has not been machined properly and will need to be redone. The 10 of the 12 valves are leaking and had not been repaired as quoted. I called top tech to determine if we could reach an agreement to resolve the issue. Darin was rude and told me that he was not going to reimburse me any of the cost. That I should have brought it back to them for the repairs. I had already paid someone to start the work, I wasn't going to pay them and then and bring it back to Top Tech to have them do a bad job the second time. If it had only been one thing that would have been different, but all the work they did was bad or I was charged and they didn't even do the work. I told him I was going to file a complaint with MT DOJ and go to small claims court if we couldn't come to an agreement. He told me to bring the pictures with me to court and he would see me there.

Horrible experience that has just gotten worse. I needed my hood opened so an insurance adjuster could finish a repair estimate. 4 hours billed to open the hood. 3/4 hrs billed to rescure it. I paid and have been trying to get an invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement for 6ish weeks. I went there today and was told by the tech that even though he was there working, he's actually on vacation so I'd have to wait until next week. I tried calling their 'corporate office' for resolution and was just referred back to the satellite location that hasn't been able to help. Awful. Terrible service, overcharged hours. Just the absolute worst place to do business. In the meantime, I've reversed that payment and prevented any future payments. Maybe getting in touch with the insurance company will get some results, once they have an invoice. That is, provided they haven't remitted payment already. I wouldn't be surprised if both they and I have paid the bill.

Worst automotive shop and business owner Iβve ever dealt with. I paid thousands of dollars for diagnostics and repairs, yet they were never able to identify the main issue with my vehicle. Despite providing a detailed list of recently replaced parts, they still replaced multiple brand-new components unnecessarily. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and costly experience with no resolution.
