Had a tire pop on I-90 and had it towed here. The owner was super cool and felt like wanted to help me out but his employees put a bogus tire on my car with a bubble in the side wall and then didn't even balance the tire. The rest of the tires were facing with the outside label out like they should. The tire with the bubble had the inside out which makes me think they saw it and put it on anyways. Car shook really bad after leaving there. Had to go to another shop since it was an hour from where I lived to get it fixed

TERRIBLE SHOP TO GO TO NO ONE KNOWS ENGLISH & they give u bad tires then make you pay for a different one again when it’s their fault !! Managers attitude is ridiculous

Great service at a great price... took my girlfriends car there to check why there was a slow leak... found the problem and got new 2 front tires installed in less than 20min for an affordable price. I've taken my personal car there for years, I have 20in wheels and I've always gotten my tires for a great price... this is why I always go to tornado tires. They will take care of you!!!

Our car had a leaky tire in January. Who needs that during snowy Winter driving conditions? With almost no waiting time, they removed the tire from our car, found the leak (a nail), and patched it from the inside, the professional way to fix it. After power wrenching the wheel back onto the car, each lug nut was professionally hand-torqued. Very impressive! A very well-deserved $30 was the charge. Thank you very mucho, guys! :-] :-)

This place has no idea how to properly or professionally change tires. First they tried to scam me by putting old date code tires on my truck and when I called them out on it and told them I wasn’t paying for old and mismatched tires, they went on to scratch all 4 of my rims, took a chunk out of my tire, over inflated my tires, left my wheel weights off, and over torqued my lug nuts! Ulises is the owner supposedly, but he did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. Instead, I was forced to deal with a juvenile, uneducated, rude kid who got all tough and made the situation worse and probably was the one who scratched my rims. Pictures attached, beware and make sure you’re checking date codes on the tires. I’d steer clear of this place, a lot of red flags.

My car got a flat tire, I drove to the gas station to fill up some air but there had been a hole in it so the air was not doing anything. Luckily I saw tow truck that said Tornado towing on it and belonged to this tire shop. I tracked down the driver(his name was Ulises) and he towed my car for me from the gas station to the shop which was a 4 minute drive and I got some new tires put on IMMEDIATELY, which was amazing. These guys are great and super quick !!
