Start to finish, Adam and his crew at Norfolk TrailersPlus were amazing. My only criticism is we had a 10 o’clock appointment and due to the fact that they were receiving a delivery and really busy with other customers, we sat for 50 mins before we could be seen. No one’s fault really. Maybe a solution is more qualified staff to handle deliveries and what not. We love our new trailer and look forward to outfitting the inside to meet our mobile workshop demands.

The manager that helped me was great, he got me out the door quickly once we decided on which trailer I wanted. I was impressed on how he hooked up the trailer, torqued the lug nuts and checked tire pressure before letting me leave. Purchased a 6x12 12k rated Patriot dump trailer about 3 months ago. Dana was extremely informative and easy to work with throughout the purchasing process. He had my trailer ready for pickup the same day as I inquired. Overall, the I am happy with the trailer and it’s capabilities. It seems to be built to standard and hasn’t given me any issues. Only thing that has been brought to my attention is what seems like a lack of primer on some of the tongue areas of the trailer. Seeing some oxidation already where paint has chipped. There was also a generous amount a slag splatters from welding in numerous areas. Being realistic, nothing is perfect but the prices, customer service and quality is definitely worth buying from this location. Thanks again Dana and everyone at TrailersPlus! Would highly recommend.
