I already had wheels and tires and needed them mounted, balanced, and installed on my truck. I was able to get a next day appointment and my truck was in the bay exactly at my appointment time. It only took 45 minutes including setting the TPMS. (My sensors were set up for the vehicle already. ) Very pleased with the service and the staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. Just left the RNR shop and wow, what an incredible experience. I needed new brakes and rotors. Danny helped me every step of the way and was kind and patient, too. I don't know much about cars and after calling around multiple shops, all of them sounding impatient and cold, I decided to go to RNR. Their motto “Serve, not service” clearly doesn’t reflect how they actually act when people need it.🫡Before removing the tire from my trailer, I asked if they could mount it and they said yes. After making me waste time taking it off, they came back and said they couldn’t do it because of the DOT year, even though the tire is brand new . A 2025 DOT tire for a trailer is still within the acceptable range to mount. This shows a complete lack of ethics and respect for the customer’s time. I even worked for this company for 5 years, which makes this even more disappointing. Larry will be proud of u guys. I went right away to J&M and tire was done 🫡🔥
