Excellent customer service and our repair work was completed sooner than expected. We had some special need circumstances and they accommodated us without hesitation. No one likes to get their car damaged in an accident, but this was a totally painless experience, and they were helpful in getting our rental company out to pick us up right on time. They also left the car cleaner than it was when we turned it in to them. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional, so it was overall a tremendous experience.

I was in town to help my hospitalized son and went online to get a past due safety inspection for my son’s truck. I was given an appointment for the next morning, and despite the fact that my limited tech knowledge caused me to omit the reason for the appointment, I was greeted at the front desk by the service manager Joseph Lucey, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. He took all the necessary information, offered me a beverage and a place to wait, and personally attended to the vehicle. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Not only do I highly recommend this business, but I’m going to urge my son to use them for and truck maintenance he needs in the future. Thank you Bay Automotive!!

I have used the shop for several different cars over the years and I have never ever had a problem. I’ve gotten to the point where when Cindy wants to go out and go around and check to see if I’m satisfied with the work. I tell her I don’t have to because I have absolute faith in their workmanship and know that they stand behind what they do so if there was a problem, I could always bring it back, but I never have had to. Love this place and have all my family going to it as well

Definitely five out of five stars! E.T. in particular and all the team are professional, friendly, fast to respond and excellent at their profession. I have been using Bay auto for several years and have always been happy with everything from the initial check-in to the final result. I recommend Bay auto without hesitation for anything from breakdown repairs to annual state inspections. Excellent!

Renee and Bay were great to work with! I needed a collision center after my truck was in two incidents in less than 2 weeks. Three other collision centers would not even look at the damage for 2 to 3 weeks even though I had an estimate in hand. They worked with me and the insurance company. They made multiple calls to me to keep me up to date. They were even fine when I asked to see the truck during its repair. They took care of the repairs and the truck looks as good as it did before. They exceeded my expectations and excelled in customer service where Southern Auto, Priority Auto, and Caliber Collison ultimately failed. Insurance cannot dictate where the repair is done! Hopefully I do not need them again, however if I do I will reach out. There is your before, during, and after.

I can’t say enough great things about E.T. and his team (Becca) and unfortunately, I don't remember our mechanics' name. They went above and beyond to get my Jeep up and running smoothly again. My husband had shared his positive experience with them years ago, long before we were married and I have to say, E.T. and his crew absolutely lived up to the reputation. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free while being out of country. I do not recommend this company. They estimated it would take 4 days for my car to be repaired. They had it for more than 14 days. I received very little communication. I had to call in regularly to get a status update. Each time I would call in they'd tell me it wasn't ready and give me a new day for when it would be ready. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable.
