I have never seen such disgusting business customer service in my life. My friend who has a visible disability combined with a visible speech impediment went to this shop on 4/22/2017 @ around 10:00 he has a light out in his moped that he purchased at this shop. We was going to pay for the part but needed him to price the part. So we could give him the money, we had a hard time understanding him for the reasons stated above. We asked him to put the guy on the phone so we could clarify the reason for the high price. We could hear him say very loudly and distespectful that he dont talk to people over the phone. I could here the gasp in my friends voice at this and could only imagine what his body language presented by the fella assisting him. At the end of the day we care about our friend and find this behavior to be reportable and i will do my best to find out who we can see about the matter. We wanted to clarify that our friend likes to do for himself is the only reason he was there by himself. He learned to tie his shoes with one hand so he wouldnt need help to tie his shoes. It took him two years to learn. And to be treated in this manner from a business servicing all people in the community is inexcusable and the public should know. Im upset because he was happy to finally get his light fix and to not get it because the seller was not helpful with the sell is just not right. So i would not shop st this prejudice shop for nothing and i dont recommend anyone else do either.

I Bought a used scooter there last week and come to find out it has been wrecked, some parts were replaced, missing a few, like the front fender, I can see were the front tire was rubbing on the front of the scooter after it was wrecked. It runs pretty good because when I bought it I had them install the 80 cc kit .But when I go to stop using the front brake it lurches around. It is acting like the rotor is bent, looking closer not all bolts match.

Bought a truck from here and it's a complete piece of garbage. The truck had massive rust issues that they hid by cleaning and painting the frame rails around the wheels so when you looked under it looked clean. They had their own guy pass the state inspection but when I crawled under it I found rotted out crossmembers and shock mounts. Immediately I had engine lights ,bad coils ,wires,rotors, exhaust issues, mold from a leaky ac system. Gas venting and leak issues. STAY AWAY OR GET SCAMMED. Originally seemed like nice guys.

These guys are pretty chill. They get the work done and the prices are fair. My experience with my first moped was rough but mostly because it was my fault. The few times when something breaks down earlier then normal they cut a deal with me or give me a warranty for the faulty part. Which is always a plus. The only reason i gave a 4 is because they are closed on sunday. I understand for religious reasons or something. But if someones bike breaks down on sunday they are out of luck. Great place though.

Worst customer service EVER! COST ME $55 in transportation. First by telling me my scooter was ready when it didn't even start. Second by not looking at a problem I told them I was having, then breaking down on the side of the road because of that problem! The lead mechanic Chris (maybe the owner) could only say "sorry for the inconvenience" forget the inconveniences the bike was expensive enough to get fixed a wasted $55 to get there to see a bike that didn't work and then to get back to buy a part that I TOLD THEM was busted when they had it in their shop and not even being offered a discount or any kind of compensation for my time or extra financial burden is completely inexcusable! DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE!

Scooter needed new clutch and drive belt. Called import Cycles this morning ask if they could come pick up and repair. They picked it up this afternoon and called me about an hour later told me it was fixed come get it. Chris did an awesome job. They know what their doing here, highly recommend them.

I bought a brand new dirt bike for my daughter and 2 days later it wouldn’t start so I brought it back because there is a 30 day warranty anyway a few days later they said it was working and ready to pick up. When I got there the bike had been stolen! So they had to give me a brand new dirt bike and so I brought the new one home and 2 days later it would not start exactly like the first one. Now I have been waiting for over a week for them to “fix” a brand new dirt bike. I will never buy anything from this company ever again

wonderful experience! Jake and Richard fixed the problem on my scooter "on the spot" who does that anymore? The mechanic - Richard -was truly gifted, so much expertise and willing to share his knowledge. Jake the manager (owner?) made me feel welcome, and was so nice, and professional. Highly recommend Import Cycle!

100% do not recommend buying a any form of service or product from these rude people. Bought a pocket bike from them, had to be tuned within the first month. Brought it back for some repairs a year later and was quoted a 2 week wait time only to hear nothing from them for 2 months. I paid the fee to be tuned and looked at only to lose patience after calling with no return response after 2 months. Thanks guys, you took my money, did nothing but leave my bike out for 2 months exposed to the elements.

Do not take your moped or scooter here I am a local resident I wanted to try them out I had a nice moped that was running like crap carburetor I dropped it off didn't hear anything for a week I went up there to check on it he said he worked on it he needed to bring his helmet the next day to test it didn't hear anything for another week went up there he was working on a different moped said mine was leaking fuel he would get to it soon I just took it back terrible experience they charged me and the moped is worse than it was leaking fuel running like crap will never go here again

Great staff quite knowledgeable and helpful. I only picked up a couple parts for my bike and yes while you can find cheaper online the parts they carry are good quality. I got some online ones that were inferior as a comparison. That aside for not having to wait to get parts, the staff even gave me a few pointers to fix my bike. I will be returning for future needs

I bought a 50cc viper moped a couple months ago and it has changed my life! I do UberEats and get back and forth to my job all on $3 of gas. The staff is always friendly and down to earth. The best part is you do not need a DL or insurance I can not recommend them enough!!! If you got a bit of cash and need a way around a 50cc moped is a great option in my opinion.
