Absolute terrible service... Scheduled for them to come out and change the injectors on my truck two weeks later they're still not finished the injectors have not been programmed to the computer and the truck now has an oil leak on the valve cover gasket caused by them... They were provided the new gasket.. at first they told me they had the wrong computer to program the injectors and now that they haven't come back out there telling me that that wasn't part of the deal to program the injectors into the computer . Getting my lawyer on them now... Just found out they also stole the core injectors... Worth $1600

I had a problem with my air brake system not charging up air, for which I had 4 different people diagnose the wrong part every time. Sorry, its been a couple of months and I dont quite remember the techs name but , actually there were 2 of them, because again trying to save myself money, the first tech showed me the part that I needed to replace which I bought it new, but didnt wire it up correctly. Transwest was kind enough to bring someone out of the scheduled repairs the next day and help me out again, this time I let the tech finish the repair to the end and finally had the truck ready for my customer. Thank you Transwest , it is very difficult to find somebody as helpful and knowledgable as your techs.

This place is Shady business the mechanics are encouraged to bill as many hours as possible on everything they work on so something that may be minor or really doesn't need repair if you approve it to be worked on they may fix it they might not the owner of the company doesn't care as long as each one of his technicians Bill $800 or more a day he promises all of his texts coming in the door bonuses working at 100% hours or more poor. And when it's time to pay the bonus he comes up with excuses why he won't give it to the mechanic so if you're a mechanic or a customer be aware of what you're getting yourself into

We love these guys! Transwest has been great for our company. We sell and install solar, and have several hundred vehicles in our fleet. We can't afford any down time, and that's where these guys come in! We love the mobile service, and a lot of the time, we get them out the same day for repairs, and PM's. They have saved us thousands in down time expenses. Not only that, These are really good people and are happy to talk to you. Strange, right?? They are all very polite, and knowledgeable. We couldn't survive well without them!

We discovered a soft pedal break issue in our RV and it took us 5 days to find somebody able and willing to look at it. JD was super helpful within 2 hours they discovered the issue, ordered the parts and replaced them. Every other place gave us a week long time frame. If it wasn't for Transwest Mobile Trucks and their amazing team we would be stuck in Houston.
