Went in needing water fittings and very helpful and great price , local RV park we were at wouldn’t recommend any place in Ventura said Camping World was closest in Valencia , they had alot going on which I consider good wish I lived closer they would get all my work

We called Rick looking for a replacement for the broken strike plate for our camper. He told us typically you wouldn't find one without buying the entire lock (we had already tried Camping World) but come by and he will see if he can find one. He found one left from another job and gave it to us for free! We still have a long way home and worried our door wouldn't stay closed so we were grateful problem solved.

This is the third time I’ve dropped my trailer off with Rick at Tri County RV. Every time they have gone above and beyond to take care of my repairs the service I’ve needed! They were recommended to me years ago by the manager at an RV resort and it’s the best service I’ve ever had. I normally do not give subpar review. I reserve that category for the most deserving. New to solar not to motors and repair. As a business owner I know how busy you get. I went to this place because my solar charge was weak. The man that I spoke to treated me like scum. Had the attitude of a person above me. He even insinuated I was bothering him. I have money I needed my gan registered smogged.. He wad demeaning rude annoyed and not getting business that's for sure. When people come in to your store you become a walking business card or resume. If you saw an employee treating any customer like you did me he would have fired. That's my review I'll go back in a couple months and review again. He told me to come back some other time... then said "I don't know 2-3 weeks Monday Tuesday Wed whatever".. I'll be back I promise!

Excellent service. Rick is the owner and provides excellent service. I was shopping around for solar and an inverter for my RV and I selected Tri County because he talked with me about solar for about a half an hour and he knew his stuff. He has great attention to detail and did a great job installing my solar and a tankless water heater. He even fixed my water filter. I will be a regular for sure.
