My Rav4 had been to multiple repair shops for the same issue. Yesterday, I stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation, not expecting to deal with it again. Tri took the car for a quick test drive and immediately ordered a new wheel bearing. Today, after the replacement, my car was finally running smoothly again. While waiting, I noticed that besides Vietnames of the customers were also White or Mexican, Chinese…. It made me realize how rare it is to see Vietnamese people in certain industries here—except for businesses where they have a strong presence, like nail salons, restaurants, and beauty shops. 5 stars….

We've been very happy with everything they've done for us here! Tri's fixed the front bumper and body of my RAV4 after a deer ran into it. The car looked like it hadn't been in an accident at all. They also replaced the windshield of a corolla hatchback and kept all the stickers from the old windshield as well. Tri used to work for Toyota before he opened his own shop so he has the expertise and experience to do good work. His prices are very very competitive with other auto shops and I'm glad I can take our cars here. Highly recommend! 2020 ish - RAV4 body repair from a deer hitting my car 2023 - Windshield replacement 2024 - Transmission fluid drain and refill, state inspection, bypass valve replacement, and heater valve replacement 2025 - Break pad replacement and oil change All done very well, in a timely manner, and fairly priced 😄

Just purchased a used car and needed a major tune-ups / repairs. Found Tri through a friend. Tri and his men are very transparent. Quotes are clearly explained and repairs are done solely at your discretion. No salesy nor life-threatening tactic scam as commonly seen among auto repair dudes. Just purely technique and safety. After the agreed works done, I realize they even do some extra works without any charges. Five stars. period.

It’s an ok shop great guys but they washed my engine with coolant, screws missing or not install properly to my eye & some newer Vehicles are great to take to dealer due to all the sensors & my Explorer is being hold by Friction. Since I left his shop it was Louder & Rougher. Even the guy that recommended Tri’s repair shop laughed at how they “FIXED” it. Now the cost to repair it back to normal is never ending but as they go more screws are being installed & work is being done Straight. No need for pics or videos because if you take something apart you put it back right OR Don’t take the job.

I took my wife car to Tri’s Auto Repair for a noise I been hearing for some months and I tried chasing this sound but couldn’t figure it out. These guys got on it and were very adamant about finding the problem. Took about a hour but I have no complaints. I was even given some recommendations for maintenance considering the miles on vehicle and price is very reasonable and fair. I will be going back. Give another update. Here’s my 2nd update these guys are the real deal honest and upfront with excellent service and quality work. Got timing belt /water pump service kit done and a/c fixed on a different vehicle. I am beyond grateful for tri and his great team.

We thought they were closed but shortly after the shop owner called back and promptly booked an appointment for us. Our services were done on time and they also checked on air and filled the tires without us asking, which is so nice. Prices are reasonable and we are happy with their same day services.

I had my vehicle diagnosed here after my check engine light came on. They took the time to explain what those codes actually mean. I really appreciated that they focused on proper diagnosis rather than guessing.
