Fixed my truck up quickly at a fair price. They worked very hard to find parts in my price range when I had to get two rear axles and a differential replaced.

This is a kid in a candy store affect. They don't have alot of inventory, but what they do have, you catch your self saying. I need that. I've been meaning to get one. I didn't know I could get one here. Great place if you have 10 min to look.

Worst customer service I've EVER received in a retail/service envirement. Employees are rude, product and service way overpriced and under quality. Employees will sit there, walk by you, talk to each other, etc and completely ignore you standing at the counter waiting for help. I recommend using PVC pipe as I driveshaft over using these guys...

I've been going to this location for almost 30 years and somehow, they manage to keep a terrible behavior. Are their offspring working there and regenerating their bad outlook on life. I'm telling you right now, no other vendor I've dealt with in the valley has, as a customer, treated me with such disrespect as this place. The Portland store has always been fine, but Salem, forget it. Too many other people now do what you do in this area. You're out of it!!

The driveline quality is great, but the cust. service is lacking. Dropped off driveline to be lengthened Dec. 12. Was told I would be called with a quote. Dec. 21, I called for status and was informed it had not been started, but "It will be up next and will be done in about a week." March 4, again called for status. Then Glen got on the line and explained that the dia. would need to be increased because of desired length, for safety reasons. April 2, had voicemail, from Glen, stating my driveline was ready. Granted it's a pandemic, and folks are indisposed mentally, with safety protocols, but better interior communication and with cust. would make the experience excellent.

I used to use the Portland location and always had great service. I moved closer to the Salem location. And now have had 2 drivelines made for me at this location, I have had had the same great service I did in Portland. I highly recommend them and they have competitive prices.

Saved our tails being able to bend a relatively uncommon set of u bolts for a trailer, and had u bolt plates in stock for this strange size. Awesome place. Shame I'm not local, I'd be going there exclusively. I made a fool of myself with incorrect measurements and the gentleman there took care of it without missing a beat.

Never Calls back needed work done and everyone kept pointing me to them to get it done tried for 2 days to get someone to get me a quote and a time that the work could be done. No call back it was a urgent need made them aware that it was and still waiting for a return call. If in a hurry go to Portland or do it yourself. Had a run in with them a few weeks ago and the guy helping was grump and full of attitude ended up taking to the dealership.

Employees wouldn't get back to me when work was getting done. Rear end was repaired ($1200 later). Then, 3,000 miles after repair was done, the parts they replaced failed on me. They told me they wouldn't back any warranty and they weren't to blame. So I was out $1200 and a rear axle. Don't recommend.

Impressed with their speed, workmanship and their flexibility. After learning my driveline was damaged and it would cost $500.00 to fix it, Six States encouraged me to find parts at a salvage yard. They saved me over $200.00 with that recommendation. They were able to use the parts of a salvaged drive line to fix mine.

Been going there for years. I’ve had drive lines made there, bearing’s in stock and not China made. All at good prices and most of the time when I go in to get parts, I tell them what I need and they don’t even have to look it up. They know it by memory. Buy parts almost anywhere else, if it’s not in the computer, they don’t have it. Even though they have a book behind the counter they could use to figure it out

They always answered the phone and sold me my 4500 dollar part when it arrived, but for two months of "I'll find out and call you back," and they never once called me back, meanwhile my truck was out of commission and they could care less. They vigorously talked me out of having my gearbox rebuilt in-house. The day before I finally called to tell them if my transmission wasn't there. I was going to take my core and go elsewhere, I called Transtar in Portland and they said they could have a three year warranties one on my doorstep in two days. Please consider other options. Did extensive business with the truckpro in Fresno before, but this is not the same place. Do yourself a favor and find a different parts supplier. Sad show here.

If I could give zero stars I would. We own a business and work out of one truck and needed the truck to be looked at because we think it might need a new drive line. We scheduled a day off work to have the truck looked at by appointment a month in advance at truck pro. We dropped the truck off and it was there the entire day, we find out 1 hour before they close that they did not look at it. So I schedule another appointment and another day off of work (since we can’t use the truck while it’s been looked at). I call them this morning to verify that the truck will be looked at today and I was told that they were extremely busy and were not going to look at it today even though we SCHEDULED an appointment twice in a one month period! DO NOT RECOMMEND, very disappointed with this terrible service we received. Will not go back again.

I stopped by with a front and rear drive line to be shortened. Before I came they told me they were about 3 days out, I think they called me 4 days later with the issues and a quote and the job was finished 2 days later. Great work, good customer service, and very timely as well.

Awesome job on my driveline. However, employees needs to communicate with customers better. When i dropped my driveline off, I also informed them that I needed a new fixed yoke as well. At first they said it will be added to the price when the work order was done. My driveline was not ready for pick up until the 8th day. It was at that point they said the yoke I needed was discontinued from their sources and they don't have what I needed in stock. If they would have told me about that sooner, I could have bought one somewhere else (which I found one in less than 5 minutes) and not have to wait an extra week to install my new driveline. If 6 states would have informed me about the part being discontinued sooner, I would have given them the full 5 stars.
