I was here today and Shedly and Nicole took the best care of me. Customer service is AMAZING! Shaq and Jean did the work in less than 15 mins. Two tires. I needed an emergency patch and I came here and they took care of me right away! Awesome service! When they were fixing it they showed me my tires had literally zero tread left! Set up to come back the following week and installed all four new tires and got my alignment and balancing done. Super happy with the work, the service, and everything in between. Great shop, employees are extremely friendly & kind. They are extremely helpful & not just out to get your money. They have great prices on new & used tires, better than ANY big name tire place. I got 2 used tires & they're practically brand new. The front desk ladies are sweet & patient. David is a fantastic tech & works hard, makes sure you get in & out. I’ve had nothing but an incredible service every-time I’ve utilized True Tread Tires for my tire repairs on my company work vans and my personal vehicles. My vans are driven 250+ miles a day and the plugs and patches that I have been serviced with by True Tread and Tires have lasted the lifetime of the tires.
