Trust Auto Collision is the place to go for auto body repair. My fiancé and I recently moved to the Houston area because he played for the Texans. Trust Auto Collision is for sure without a doubt a recommendation I would give to anyone who needed a place to take their car if they got into accident in the future. I got my truck back and it had looked like how it was when I first bought it. From the paint job to the collision repair, it was spot on, you couldn’t even tell I had gotten into an accident. They went above and beyond and repaired my pre collision sensor in my truck after my insurance denied it but did it anyway to ensure I had a full functioning vehicle. Not saying they would do this with all but they do have in the right mind of ensuring their customers are satisfied and are taken care of.

Had a great experience here! We were in a minor accident and got 3 other estimates before coming to see Noor (one of the owners). Everyone else said we needed to completely replace the tailgate for $3k but Noor was able to repair it. And the results were great!! See pics. After a backing incident that left our Mazda's rear fender scuffed and taillight broken, I searched the internet for a collision repair company close to us. Trust Auto Collision popped up with an attractive website and high customer satisfaction. When I arrived at Trust, Noor welcomed me and immediately offered to examine the damage and provide a written repair estimate. Noor described the work that would be done, the estimate was fair, we discussed insurance options and I made arrangements to leave the car with Trust that same day. When I went back to pick up the car it was being washed but I was first given a chance to inspect the work done before paying. In my opinion Trust Collision earned five stars for customer service, excellent work (especially paint) and keeping their promise that the car would be ready when they said it would.

This place was awesome. USAA is screwing me on the repairs to my Escalade, they decided to total my truck and then apply over $4k in reductions because of the normal wear and tear on the truck. At the end of everything with all their BS reductions and revaluations they want to give me $2,600 for my 2015 Escalade. Almost 30 years them always had full coverage and when it's time to take care of me they shafted me. Trust Auto was surprised that USAA totaled my Escalade and understood the situation I was in since USAA canceled my rental since they had decided to totaled it. (Adjuster never called me, only found it because copart called me that I had to sign some.documents). Trust Auto Collision took care of me and my truck when USAA didn't, my truck looks great.
