My Used Car Salesman, Will Nero, was nothing short of charismatic, thorough, funny and BEYOND helpful in the purchase of my (new to me) 2023 Mazda3. I would like to first of all say that Joe and I love our new CX5 Mazda. We chose white and the chrome accents makes this a gorgeous vehicle. It drives like a dream and is roomy. Love the heated seats, power hatch and all the things. This experience would not have been probable if it were not for the salesman, Brent Wilson, who went above and beyond in every aspect to make our shopping and buying experiences great. He catered to my every whim and we looked at a lot of vehicles and drove some. He was always happy to help. When we decided what we wanted to buy, he was johnny on the spot getting our info to the managers and getting everything processed. While we were in finance and by the way, a great guy there, he got the vehicle detailed and it was ready at the moment we finished our finance paperwork - Yes, Brent brought our vehicle to the door and escorted us to our new, clean, beautiful vehicle which we are proud to drive. Our overall experience with Tuscaloosa Mazda was great all around.
