I did not purchase my F-150 from Tuttle click, but I sure wish that I had. After a poor sales experience and and even worse service experience from another dealership I went to Tuttle click Ford for my first service and have some warranty work done. Daniel Sanchez helped me and he was not only very friendly and respectful he was extremely helpful as well. Lets just say that this was honest and exceptional service, something that is truly lacking at other dealerships. I'll certainly be back for future service and will be using Tuttle click when it comes time to replace my wife's car in the next few months. In terms of the service area, it is extremely clean, they have a very comfortable waiting area and even a small cafeteria where you can purchase snacks, breakfast and/or lunch. I had to drop my vehicle off so did not wait, but they ordered me a lyft to get me back to Irvine. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

Called for appointment. Told person on phone I was going to wait at dealership while service performed. The person understood and said they would make a note of it. When I checked in, I told service person I would wait at the dealership. They understood. Basic service (oil change, tire rotation, and a bunch of basic checks) took 3 hours. Service person said they had a lot of cars come in that morning. Not sure how their appointment system works, but I find three hours unacceptable.

I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, and buying my new F150 with Tuttle-Click Ford was easily one of the best car buying experiences to date. The staff was easy to talk to and never pushy. They worked a great deal with me and accommodated our busy schedules with two young kids in tow. We almost bought from a dealership much closer to home after several attempts, but the experiences were consistently disappointing. We decided to drive to Irvine not only because they had the truck we wanted, but because from the start it felt like we were getting genuine, attentive treatment from both Sandy and Brandon. Once the deal was completed, they continued to be accommodating and flexible. The closure of I-5 and work schedules made coordinating pickup difficult. Having an infant made the trip feel even more challenging. The dealership arranged a car to pick us up and bring us in, which made the entire process much easier. Tyler in finance was also great to work with and made the financing portion smooth and straightforward. All in all, it was truly a great experience, which is not something many people can say when making a major purchase like a new vehicle.

My salesman( Justin) was top notch and waiting for me and my wife to arrive. He played no tricks and answered every question honestly. He gets 5 stars! The sales manager was rushing to go home I believe. I had to convince him to run the Financial to Ford Financial after we were denied by some other bank he tried! He finally agreed and the deal was made. The same manager seemed to have A problem with us. I didn’t like his demeanor. We were the only customers there and he was acting like the place was full. Everyone else was great the financial person was also very nice and patient with us. Justin is A winner and deserves to be rewarded for his efforts. Please thank him for us!

I walked into Tuttle click Ford Irvine, expecting to see trucks I couldn’t afford. as I was looking around Tim McCormick gave a shout-out saying if i needed anything he was there. I noticed a truck that I was interested in it. Tim immediately brought the truck out so that I can look at it and he was able to give me all the details and then took me on a test drive. I knew this was the truck for me. I worked with Tyler Rodriguez for the financial part which can be very stressful. Tyler was very calming, easy person to work with.
