Bill and the rest of the CARSTAR McLaren team were very courteous and professional. They gave me a prompt estimate, and my car was repaired on time. The completed repair was well done. Paint on replaced body panels was very well matched, OEM or CAPA certified parts were used, and wiring/harnesses were cleanly re-routed after the repair. Furthermore, panel gap was managed very well on the completed repair. Overall, my car was returned in like-new condition.

I had a wonderful experience with CARSTAR McLaren Irvine. Bill Hubbard was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up, which made things so convenient, and I didn’t even have to worry about returning the loaner car because they offered to handle that as well. When I received my car, it was in pristine condition. You can tell they take pride in their work. Their office is also very cozy and welcoming ✨cool inside with complimentary water and coffee, which you don’t typically get at a body shop.👌🏼 Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my front bumper repaired and upgraded at this body shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The team is exceptionally communicative. I chose to purchase an aftermarket front bumper, and not only did they expertly repair all the original OEM components, but they also installed the new bumper and color matched it for me. Throughout the process, they responded promptly to every question I had and even offered advice to help me select the right aftermarket part. Brendan, James, and Mary were all wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring – they made the whole process seamless and very clear to me.
