They dont ever answer the phone or call back even if you leave a message every day for 4 weeks. They claimed they fixed my car but they definitely did not even though they had it for over a week.

I couldn't be sure I even found the place.. I have no opinions yet, but I'll try again today to find them and see if they're even open. But again super neutral on them. Ok, found it's not in lansing as it was advertised in a search. But 5 stars because removing comments can't happen. Still very neutral. I have no full public opinion yet.

We had a leaky sunroof and rightway sent us down there to get it fixed. They had our vehicle for 9 days and when we got it back it seemed ok until it started raining 2 days later and it was leaking again. They said they changed the seal but I think all they did was clean the drains out and called it a day. We have called to try to get it back in but they wont answer the phone. We have left message and they haven't called back. I Will never recommend this place or even take a push mower to them.

My 23 year old daughters Suspension broke on I94 leaving her stranded at the side of the highway 2hrs from home. As I was traveling to get her hours away she called AAA for a tow, AAA was towing her to a shop that wouldn't help that day. She decided to call shops near her location to see if someone would help her. She called Twisted Automotive and got Trevor explaining her situation he said they would take a look and did even after closing as it took the tow truck took 2 hrs getting her car there just before 5pm they still helped staying until 6:30 to get her car fixed and back on the Road. They Truly go above and beyond, you can most certainly trust these people and I am so very thankful they took care of what's most precious to me, my child. Exceptional people and service.

I want to start by saying I'm very disappointed way you treated my father after he spent $1,000 on crap paint job and then you hid behind the cameras saying we put the dent in the hood on the Impala when you knew it was a show car and it was already prep but yet you still have not responded to my father what do I have to do come pay a visit I was there the whole time helping him out the hood on no one touched the middle of the hood when we turned it over we lifted straight up stop hiding call my father he wants some of his money back or he's going to get ahold of your grandma let her know how you treat customers that was like giving free money away for sh.... Work I am so disappointed you treated my father the way you did Trevor and you keep over looking my reviews word of mouth goes along ways bro I know people that know you

This is a revised review with nothing but the truth. My first visit was to have wheels painted here, I had to continually pester them over the next month or two to get them done, but it was tolerable in terms of how long it took. The next item I dropped off was a hood, I told them I was not pressed for time for it getting painted, but it took well over 3 months to get the hood painted and a sick amount of texts and phone calls to them. It was actually quite ludicrous, but, I was still willing to give them a chance. Next, I dropped off another hood, a carbon fiber hood to be painted for a Mclaren supercar. Keeping the prior disaster in mind, I decided to go by there one day after previously dropping off the hood, I wanted to make sure painting was the proper route. The only way to find this out , was to have the hood sort of temp placed on my car, I had no way to take the hood anywhere and do it, so I decided to do it there, it was after all only a 15 min job. Well the owner flipped out on me like I was a child for actually doing something in hos parking lot that took 15min. He was unprofessional, rude, and I feel dam sorry for anyone that works for this man. He carries himself on some sort of horse that only he feels is under him and for what reasons I have no clue. If he could not hold it together for a customer I can only imagine what his employees must deal with. Needless to say, I took my hood and never went back and never will go back. I have also spread the word to hundreds in the numerous car clubs I hang with, including my own. You can decide for yourself if you are thinking about going here, but if getting work done in a timely manner is important to you, I would steer wide and clear from here. If you enjoy patronizing business owners that think they are god, this may just be the place for you, just make sure you dont take few min to do anything in their huge parking lot, unless being accosted is something you enjoy. All that said, the employees there are top notch and some of the best guys around and I can not help but feel sorry for them.
