Very poor U-Box experience. We were told we could access the box over a 4 day window, but on Day 1 the facility couldn’t access the box because no one was fork lift certified. They then shipped the box on Day 3 without giving us notice, before we were finished loading. We received conflicting information over our 3 days of interaction. It seemed no one was on the same page.

For the last 3 1/2 yrs, I’ve been using propane services, from other u-haul locations and lots of different types of propane suppliers. One of my bottles’ valve handles has a small issue. Nobody else has had an issue with filling it, until this location. Thanks!!

The trailer was dirty had broken pieces of glass in it and nails and trash The guy told me when I dropped off the trailer at the other location to tell them it was dirty and they would give me a discount. The guy told me that I dropped it off to you that he could not do that the Provo location had to do it when I was there, come to find out they didn’t hook up the trailer to my truck right I’m lucky it didn’t come off the ball hitch And the guy that I dropped it off to told me this and told me I was lucky that my trailer didn’t come off or worse made me wreck and I just did a 1500 mile trip with the trailer like that.

After I told them what vehicle I was towing with a dolly, the manager refused to rent it to me. Said his system didn't recommend it and that I had to get an auto transport. I've been a GM diesel mechanic for 18 years. I know how to tow a 4wd truck on a dolly. You simply place the transfer case in neutral and it is fine. I had to pay extra for an auto transport when I should not have had to. The general manager has no clue how vehicles even work. Just wanted to charge me more. I will never rent from uhaul again.

I have had.my trailer lights installed here and nothing but problems. Had to pay once for ur mistake and fixed two more times and still not right. Get a good hitch installer. 3 of four clips for rear tail lights were missing had to buy more again

Unlike a lot of other poor reviews, my experience with the people working there was very positive. Yeah, for some reason the business processes take a very long time to get through to just rent something, though that isn't something that they can help.
The problem came when they will fine you an additional $20 if you don't install their app and use it to check in your equipment if you deliver it after hours. I spent 20 min, unsuccessfully, in their parking lot trying to get the app to work. It errored out almost every time I started it up, and I never got an option to return it.
I've probably called the local location and the central line 50 times in the past two days and never actually had someone answer the phone. I'll spend $20 in fuel to get back to that location, they do not answer the phone, so that's money they just took from me.
I'll report them to the BBB if they don't answer their phone today. I'll do my very best to avoid Uhaul in the future.

I was helping my mom move from Utah to Texas. I was a mess and didn’t have all the details of reservations and what type of truck was wanted/rented. I was the go between and the employees at this location were AMAZING!!! I had to change from a trailer to a truck and a tow Dolly to a full transport Big and Cyrus were so helpful!!! They worked seamlessly and showed patience and empathy for our situation. Cooper and Shelton were so helpful getting everything hooked up without any issues. All employees were understanding, extremely competent, and very kind. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are moving. Amazing service!!!

A ROAR UH BORY ALUSS
First off the employees were jerks from the get; second, they charged me $30 for 8 gallons of propane 🤯 thirdly, the girl who filled my tanks only filled one and said the other was leaking but I serviced them last week🤷 I DONT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE

Service was good, but I need a very specific truck for some specific items that were 7' tall. I was told the truck had a clearance of over 8' inside...but they neglected to say that the actual opening to the truck was only just over 6 1/2' tall....ended up having to waste a lot of time breaking down pallets of boxes to make them fit, and make extra trips too. Make sure you ask them what the opening size is, not the size inside the truck.

They will find creative and unique ways to charge you more money than you should pay. Got a call from them saying I have to put more gas in per their requirement, which is fine. Drove back then across the street to put gas in the truck at the maverick, then got back 5 minutes later to be told i could no longer return the truck without returning it “after hours”. The worker wouldn’t take the keys and told me to put it in the return box and scan the QR code for late returns. Not mad about the $30. However, the waste of time and the joke of telling me to put another gallon of gas in then tell me i get the late fee was lame.

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Uhaul store. Rented a car hauler to pick up a project car and was greeted once I walked in and check in process went great. I failed to read the fine print on towing a rear wheel drive car with a tow dolly (removing the driveline) but luckily they had a car hauler that I could upgrade to and they did so at no additional charge to help me out. Drop off was quick and easy as well. I will be back when I find another project car

The general manager Alaska was frustrating to deal with. I had a Poot experience with him, but the rest of the staff was great and friendly :)
The app had a serious design issue. I tried to return my truck late at night and use the app, but there was no “Return” button. I expect that there may have been one if I had logged in, but I had never made an account in the first place because I just walked into the store. Because of this, I had to come back again in the morning to return things and get my receipt. 1-star for the app.
However, the truck itself was great! It was huge and in good condition. It had helpful stickers all over showing me the tips and tricks, and it drove really nice. I would use the truck again in my next move :)
It also was quite expensive. With a low rental rate and a high mileage rate, U-huals are optimized for in-town moves, but traveling a distance gets expensive real fast.

My first and last experience with U-Haul. The lady with blonde hair (owner) was kinda rude and wouldn’t accept my ID. Ending up paying for everything and going out to load up and they said the clearance was too low. So I adjusted the hitch and then they said I can’t take it because of a weight rating. Horrible first experience with them. Just go on marketplace to save you the hassle if you need a trailer.
