How often can one say "I know a place that will fix your car, and they are honest with prices"? Rarely ever, most body shops will swindle the average driver to make a quick buck. Goodyear in Grayslake, Il is one of the best places to have a true honest experience when it comes to car maintenance. The staff is friendly (obviously), and they get straight to the point. If you choose to do your business at Goodyear, you will drive away satisfied, you will realize these employees treat every car as art, and they will do everything in their knowledge to fix your car and have it running as smoothly as the day you first got it. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and work. I originally came in for an oil change a while back, but I returned because I was satisfied and I wanted to show my loyalty to the crew. Ask for Billy, this guy knows his stuff, and you will be satisfied, that is a guarantee.

Had an excellent experience there! They were the 15th location I called looking for a specialty summer tire for my husband's car. We really needed the tires today before a road trip that we are leaving for early in the morning. John was able to get the tires from his warehouse same day when no one else could! So appreciated!!!

homest, friendly, great staff here. affordable prices with below average wait times for service. bought four new tires here recently and am very pleased. they offer free rotations for the life of the tire, and are even open late on Saturdays. very comfortable waiting area with amenities.

Had my winter tires put on my stock wheels and balanced and my summer tires and wheels taken off along with an oil change. This place is great!!!!! They even put my summer wheels and tires in bags before putting them in my trunk and backseat. Very nice people and very affordable, I plan on going back here regularly.

I have brought my vehicles to Goodyear for service several times. A few months ago I brought my SUV in for routine maintenance work. When I drove away there was a loud noise coming from the front tires. Coincidence? Well - uh - yes... The SUV had a wheel bearing that started to go, and happened coincidentally at the time I happened to take it to Goodyear for maintenance work. Aside from that "issue" I've never had any problems after they've done work. The staff has always treated me well, their prices are competitive (surprisingly competitive). I purchased a full set of 4 tires - the prices were definitely competitive. Could I have bought them cheaper? Perhaps - but at a cost of not having Goodyear there for me if something goes wrong. I highly recommend Goodyear if you're looking for good work, at a good price.

Everyone at this location is very welcoming and friendly. I am greeted with a smile right when I walk in and receive fast, quality service for any service I’ve needed on my cars. From oil changes and tire rotations to replacing brakes to serious repairs, I always know when they finish the job I’ll drive away with great service and then some. Peace of mind is #1 with your tires and repairs! And the waiting area is very nice with TV and refreshments. Top notch facility.

Been coming to this place for years (for oil changes), and I have had several issues. About 2 years ago I brought my ford focus in, only to have a mechanic set some feature in the car that wouldn’t allow the vehicle to drive over 60 mph. They had to call in a specialist and have a new key made to fix it. Most recently I went in for an oil change for my Hyundai, 12 hours later I had a check engine light. The mechanic had bumped into a sensor or something. I know I’ve definitely had more issues with this shop, I know given me check engine lights on other occasions, as well as issues with my tpm sensors. It is always smart to check how much air they put in your tires, typically they fill mine to 40 psi 🤯

We had an emergency flat tire on 1/21/25, the coldest day of the year. Were able rato get our car to Goodyear, Grayslake. They were able to get new tires, fix front end and fix front end alignment. We use them for all our work and all the guys are amazing. Thank you for helping us out.

This ship has been our go to for many years. It has always been clean and comfortable but with the change in leadership things have definitely changed. Last week I paid $99 for a synthetic oil change, supposedly with the coupon applied?! When I questioned this the reply was “it must have gone up”. My receipt has a Midas logo on it, so I would recommend getting a quote and understanding the business’s owner before agreeing to service. Two months ago I asked if it was still a Goodyear and was told “it is but it isn’t”. Not sure what exactly is going on but we are planning to go elsewhere next time.

This is not the first time I have had a great experience at Midas in Grayslake! I had an appointment this morning but needed to change the time last minute due to a work issue, and Alex was super accommodating and flexible with the schedule. They were able to see me right away and got my car fixed quickly and efficiently. The staff was professional, friendly, and honest throughout the entire process.
