Not sure how this happened but went in to get my tire fixed, there was a screw stuck in it and the tire was flat. Seemed like they had repaired it and I was charged $45. I went home and took the car to head to work, tire was flat again, so I went to inspect the tire and the screw was still in the tire. I was charged $45 to have them literally take the tire off and put it back on. I do not expect to have to reevaluate my tire’s condition when the expectation was to have it fixed, but I’ve learned to not come back here again!

These guys know what they’re doing. I got a set of 4 light truck tires. Because of circumstances I had to replace 1 the first day and 3 the next. I called to check their inventory and within 35 minutes the tire was being worked on. I was in and out of there fast and price was reasonable.

Another really easy maintenance taken care of by the Waukegan Tire team in Grayslake. My Audi A4 needs and oil change, so the knocked it out in just over an hour while I waited. I stopped taking my car to the Audi dealer because every maintenance appointment turned into a $1,000+ visit. Amazing how many things they can find that needs replacing or updating. It’s crazy how they add things. Here I get things done fast and easy and for a very reasonable price. Last time I bought tires from Waukegan Tire. They were $1,000 less than the Audi dealership for exact same tires.

Waukegan Tire is my go to for post warranty repairs or replacement tires. This time I decided to proactively replace my OEM Yokohamas, which were only so-so, due to middling ice braking performance and some noise issues. I replaced them with Michelin Cross Climate 2s. I called a closer WT closer to home but the tires were in stock at the Grayslake location. They seamlessly transferred me to the Grayslake location who confirmed the quoted price and availability. I was in and out with a new set of tires in about 40 minutes. Not bad! Staff was friendly as usual, too

Waukegan Tire is great. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Les behind the counter is very responsive and helpful. I had to flats on the passenger side along w 2 rims that had damage. They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys

Took my truck to Waukegan Tire in Grayslake to resolve a wheel alignment problem. Staff was courteous and efficient, asked about conditions I had observed and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They called just under 90 minutes later to say it was done. At checkout I was given a report that showed the before and after measurements such camber, castor, toe etc. which I really appreciated. And the price was very reasonable. Waukegan Tire is a great shop and I’ll be returning for future work on our vehicles.
