Worst place to bring your car to ,the Owner George is crazy ,Swearing and screaming all the time , he doesn't know nothing about car , his mechanics are junkies and thief , they will replaced parts of your car that doesn't need to be replaced and steal your money , the union Automotive in Brockton should be closed for ever , don't even think about going there

I went to get one of my tires fixed had a slow leak needed to get plugged they switched my whole tire took my rims and put old rusty tire and rusty rims and took my brand new ones don't ever go there they such a rip off bunch of thieves

They told me my motor was going, total lie went for a second opinion and it was my fuel injector, I dont respect any mechanic that gets over on people to pocket a little extra especially to a female , I dont recommend anyone coming here and what's disappointing my families done alot of buisness with them. Very disappointed

The worst place u can go and fix ur car!!! Junkies mechanics!!! They ruined my car and I got charged for their mistakes ,they changed parts don’t need to be change ,didn’t fix my car still the same problem, charge me before they finish the job,DO NOT GO THERE !!! The owner is CRAZY YELLING AND SCREAMING all the time ! My car all greasy carpet been turned black and oily!! Not even worth one star bunch of CROOKS!!

I had a tire blow this morning on my way home from an overnight shift. Being shaken up and exhausted I had no idea where to even have the car towed to. The tow truck driver said he knew a guy he trusted and immediately called the owner & got me in there. I was on the phone with them before the truck had even dropped off my car and they told me they had the tire ready & I'd be driving again shortly. And they kept their word. Within the hour I was able to pick up my car...the price was fair, the service was great and I felt so cared for as the owner personally took the time to show me the ways this tire was safer than the one I had before (which I had replaced elsewhere less than 2 months ago.) I'm happy to know there's a reliable shop close by to help me in the future.

The shop is good, they finished my job in a reasonable time, however, they left my car dirty and in a full mess, they cleaned without apology after I requested. Their price is higher than their peers. I found the roof strip broken (by the lift) after I took the car, I returned to them, they denied, and placed a clamp to me for free; they might be innocent as the car was at other shop before them, but the ussue appeared only after them. In brief, they are skilfull, they work well, but take care.

Always takes my car right in and fixes all issues right away. Honest, dependable and reliable. Prices are more than fair for labor and the customer service is impeccable. The old man is kind and knowledgeable and the young men are respectful and explain every step. Union Automotive is an old school customer service place with value for your dollars and the customer.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience! Let me begin to say, I would give 0 star for this ghetto place if google allowed me to! I had the most horrendous experience at this ghetto establishment. The unprofessionalism displayed was astounding. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude staff who seemed completely uninterested in helping me. The customer service was non-existent; every question I asked was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. To make matters worse, the services they advertise are incredibly misleading. They promise the moon but deliver absolutely nothing of value. They broke my tire valve and the owner refused to fix it, Unbelievable crazy. I felt deceived and disrespected. This place is horrible a complete waste of time and money. Avoid it at all costs!

Terrible service. The manager charges exorbitant prices and doesn't even fix the car's problem. The mechanic was stoned and very agitated when you went to complain about what they supposedly fixed. First, they threatened to fix it by cutting the power while you went to get your car repaired, but they only made things worse.
