Awesome customer service! The woman behind the counter was courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. Upon walking in a gentleman who worked there opened the door for me bc I had my hands full carrying in an old battery. I've gone to another place for my car needs & parts in the past bt because of the great experience I'll go the extra distance to Advance Auto from here on out. (I went to AAP over the other place bc they were giving me the best price for my used battery....Another plus for those of you looking to dispose of a used car battery) Thank you Advance Auto Parts for keeping customer service at the forefront You got yourselves a new loyal customer! If your looking to be treated well you should go here to this particular location as I can't speak for other AAP's franchise locations yet. 😁

I've been to this store 30 times. Only reason I go there is it's closest to me. And always thought one day I could get in there and be out in 5 minutes with some windshield washer fluid??? Nope every single time I leave that store I say I'm never coming back. . jokes on me I guess whoever runs that store management definitely does not know what they're doing they must lose a lot of customers..... Right across from Cape Cod Cafe Brockton.... Then again it is Brockton. ..

Only a few employees actually know about cars the only person I trust there is that pretty blonde woman at the front everyone else seems to be beginners if she's not there bring a part number because most likely they'll tell you they don't have it.

The employees here were not helpful when I visited the store on 1/3/2021. One of the guys proceeded to tell me they can't do anything for me with regards to a part I was looking for, for my tire pressure sensor when I had already spoken to a tire worker from Brockton Tires. He said they would have the part at advance auto part. Then another employee looked up the part and said it should be the item I'm looking for but was not certain. You would think the employees at Advance Auto Parts would know what they're doing but nope. They don't. I won't bother going there anymore.

Two employees running the whole store, excellently I would add. I was helped by both of them, one worker while browsing and the other while checking out. Lee helped me checkout, he was helpful in explaining some things and I witnessed him being very patient with other customers. Glad to have this team in our brockton store. Definitely will return.

Bad workers. they do not help. on the contrary, they intended to delay me and service 2 other new customers slowly in spite that I paid before for my wipers. sucks . lazy they do not want to work. I'll never go there again. so I had to return immediately the wipers. also, they gave me a hard time in returning the wiper and also delayed me by intention. the other worker just showed up and sat next to a computer after he just showed up. I asked him to help he also repeated neglection

Terrible service manager inserted himself into what's going on in my life my anger was not with him it was with someone else that gave me the wrong parts witch was breaks and my children ride in my car the manager has all the same traits as a woman and he has no business working with customers he's to sensitive like a little girl just to update the so-called corporate called me after I made a complaint and he was %100 useless please don't buy anything from this business it's a big scam is all it is like the corporate guy said we are a multi million dollar company but you ripped me off for $52 make ir make sense

Me and my friend Gary were here! he helped fix 15oo+ care for the community throughout the years , people that were in a jam or had to get to work with low funds ,he is a helpful man ! ~ Update ~ This morning I Met Ricardo & Bell Talking to them both , They are Very Friendly and Respectful !!!! They are very good at their job !!!! I Hope they do we'll going into the future ~ Also i met Melissa who was also very Friendly and Respectful . She didn't mind being in the pic , while shopping she was also re organizing the area she was looking thru , good vibes walking in ! Thank you for advice on the oil ~
