never do the state inspection there they will rip you off , they take advantage even if you have a new car with zero millage they will tell you need to change some parts to get the inspection , I had the worst experience with them

I gave them 6,000 for down payment on a 14,000 car before 30 days they used a tracker a took the car and demanded 4,400 when my car note was 450

A pathetic place for any work. They will say that they will resolve the issue and then will say it is not doable. They do not provide any receipts and threaten the customers at 9:30 at night. Note- they have charged $1232 for doing nothing! This place is a no-no!

One of two of the only repair shops I use owned by two brothers (I only deal with the bald brother as the other brother is rude and tries to get over on you) they know their stuff and the brother that I use is fair and reasonable in price. I trust their work. The only problem is the lot is small....there isn't a lot of space there because they sell cars too

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE WE BROUGHT A BMW ON DECEMBER 9th OF 2023 WE ONLY HAD THE CAR TWO MONTHS OUR PAYMENTS WAS ONLY 500 THEY TRIED TO SAY WE MISSED 5 PAYMENTS WHICH IS A LIE THEY TIRED TO CHARGE US 2,000 ALMOST 3,000 THEN MIND YOU THE TRACKED THE CAR AND TOOK IT THEY AINT CALL OR LEFT A NOTE THEY DID IT WHEN WE WAS SLEEP THE PPL THAT HAD THE CAR BEFORE US THEY DID THE SAMETHING TO THEM TOOK THE CAR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CAR WE FOUND THE PPL PHONE IN THE CAR THEY LET YOU PUT THE DOWN PAYMENT ON THE CAR KEEP IT FOR TWO MONTHS THEN THEY COME AND TAKE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

I went to do state inspection and my car is perfect and they wanted to change my rotors which I did 5 days before at a different shop. No matter what you car condition, they still force you to change anything just to get anything out of you!

The service is extremely poor; my car got more damaged from their attempts to fix it and I still have to get it reserviced because the mechanic did such a poor job. I paid $550 in new parts and the mechanic kept raising prices for me. Worst, he tried to charge me for parts and labor to fix his own mistake when he broke my axel. I ended up buying a new one out of pocket although it was fine until he messed with it. Do not trust this company with your vehicle or your money.

Daughter got a 07 Infiniti in march the frame is so rusted out can't even get an alignment and its eating up tires faster than I can change them. Really don't know how vehicle even got inspected.

It was the worst place that I have ever get my car fixed. I was there to change the A/C blower motor which is super simple. They said it would take half an hour with a reasonable price. I could not believe that they even did not know where this part was placed in my car. After half an hour and opening several parts of the dash they still couldn’t find it. Finally when they figured out where is it and how to do that (learnt from youtube), I was told that it would take 6 hours! How you take the responsibility of doing something you do not even know??? Just imagine what if my car has a serious problem like brake or engine issues. They not only waste my time but also scratch my dash in several places. I do not recommend this place to anyone even if they offer a very low price for their service.

The inspection was good and fast as he was finish at 10:30 as I arrived at 10am. The owner Mike is the only one who can put or have the keys to get the sticker and place the instructions in the computer system on my car. He came back at 1:00 trying to give me and excuse saying his car broke down. The guys who work on your car is great but the owner is rude and did not give me no discount and charge me $30.00 Please don’t support his business as he will try to rip you off.

December 28 2024 I took my car for a oil change because I told the employee it shows on my car low oil pressure they change my oil and didn’t check for any leak or anything so Sunday I went to NTB for a wheel alignment and they told me the car didn’t has any oil in the car and I pay united auto these people 60 dollars to change my oil for the car not to has any oil so anyone please don’t let them work on your car they don’t know what they are doing they don’t has any customers the only cars they work on are the cars they trying to sell everytime you go there you never see any customers cars that show you no one carry their car to them and it hard to find a real mechanic in the area that know what they doing

Took my car there to get my transmission replaced, then shortly after I found out my transfer case was leaking right after the repair. They “fixed” the mistake only for the Nissan dealership to show me it’s still leaking a few days ago. The transfer case had no problems before taking my car here. Definitely will not recommend bringing your car here unless you want future problems.

I had the pleasure of going to United Auto Repair and Sales. Inc on Midlothian Turnpike. I have a much older vehicle,in which other repair shops within a 1 mile radius could not resolve. United,repaired multiple seals on my sports car along with successfully, changing the valve cover gasket and in the past,they changed my starter as well as radiator and thermostat. Being a much older car, it's very difficult to work on. The parts are rare and finding a mechanic is rare as well. The owner and his brother insured my satisfaction. They both worked with me until i was satisfied with the results. I will always take my sports car there as well as other cars. I also, in the near future,will inquire about purchasing a vehicle from them as well.

This is not a good place of business I literally took my car to other auto shops was told just my brake pad I come here just for a inspection and to see if they had brakes I could get done before the inspection they began to tell me alllllll types of problems I know is not true I highly recommend you not to go here for anything they are they are money hungry

Strong NO from me. I was ready with $6,000 cash in hand for a down payment, only to be told it wasn’t ready. When I asked when it would be available, I was told “later on.” I called back-still not ready. Days passed and every time I called, the answer was the same: not ready. How do you list cars for sale that aren’t ready and then give customers who are prepared to spend money the complete runaround? On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Each day they told me “today,” only for nothing to happen. When I finally asked for a clear answer, they hung up in my face. Completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
