United Truck Repair will not answer any phone calls for one week now. Why? I took my 2012 INTERNATIONAL Box Truck to them. NOW nothing. Been over 2 weeks. Now upset, Both their phones do not ring in anymore. I am now beginning to think I took my truck to the wrong Truck repair shop.

Great customer service. Pull up told these guys my Ac wasn’t working they got on my truck right away. Replaced my AC compressor an dryer compressor wasn’t getting enough power so they traced the wires to see why. Later found out my truck needed a Sam Cab. They let me use there vehicle to pick up the parts. Came back installed Frightliner dealership inform us that the Sam Cab didn’t needed to be program. Which my guys figure the reason my truck wasn’t starting. Is because the software needed to be program. Took them a day to get me right. Thanks Guys.

Now, they own their shop w larger lot to improve repair services n parking. I got my truck repair w these guys in hope to not get ripped off by Freightliner dealer in Kansas City which I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are down to Earth n fair. I never experience reasonable n fair in this industry until now. They did a great job n didn't over charge, so I'm so grateful n appreciated their professional good work. Master mechanic over saw all repair too. They also do computer diagnostic at half the cost of dealer. Thank you all for a job well done!
