I did not pay close attention cuz I was tired I work nights and the service writer was so kind and attentive that I didn't feel concerned but what I brought the car in for I came secondary to the service that I was sold. The tech was five stars and so was the service writer had been more attentive or suspicious or awake it might have gone different.

Love it! Their diagnostic system gives me a print out of all systems checked, problem areas have pictures, and prioritizes the work to be done!! Mike is candid, and helps you maintain your car without needing a 2nd mortgage. Also, none of the games like car dealers. Best to call for an appt, and they have a night Dropbox. 👍

$220 for a tire rotation! I doubt even in Beverly Hills you’d be quoted that kind of price. I was at this shop on September 29 around 4 p.m. The front desk guy was rude and clearly picked up on my accent — it felt a lot like discrimination. Of course, I didn’t let them do the rotation here. I went to another shop right after and got it done for $24. Stay away from this place.

5 star service!! They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I knew exactly what I needed to fix my rear end leak so I made an appointment with them very fast when others had a few weeks wait time. They were able to get the parts ahead of the appointment and they got the work done faster than they initially said. They took good care with my car and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. They were supposed to install a new steering wheel, but messed up a sensor in the process. Something that was originally supposed to take 2 hours took multiple days, and at first they couldn’t even guarantee they were going to fix it without the owner’s confirmation. Despite this, they continuously refused to offer or extend any sort of alternative/rental for me in the meanwhile. I had also mentioned numerous times that I had a very busy work schedule, and let them know I was going to try my best to pic it up before they close at 5 on Friday. I even called them that morning to tell them! When I give them a call at 4 to let them know i’m an hour away, but on my way, the genehmen has the audacity to mention that it is their bowling day, and they would be closing 15 minutes earlier (although this was never mentioned previously). My fiance spoke with the owner who is supposedly very nice, but my continued experience otherwise, and specifically with this one gentleman that answers the phone is HORRIBLE. I work in hospitality, and in my personal opinion, this guy should not have any job that involves talking to people because he is just TERRIBLE!

I stopped by after getting an estimate from Firestone for a brake job. I had checked out the reviews and immediately decided to check it out. I felt very welcome and decided to let them do the work instead. I dropped my truck off before work and they stayed in touch with me throughout the day, sent the results of the inspection to me and gave me the information I needed. My truck feels complete again and I feel like I got the service everyone deserves. This is my new mechanic shop.

The representative was very friendly and professional. He gave me opinions on my repair, which many mechanics do not do. They fixed my vehicle in 1 1/2 days. I had left it at Autonation Chevy for two weeks and they never even looked at the problems. More importantly, the folks at the dealership refused to return my telephone calls. This included the service representative, the service manager, and even the overall dealership manager. I have purchased 5- Chevys from those folks; however I do not plan on visiting their dealership again.

The check engine light is still on in my Chrysler Pacifica, and both Charles and my cousin at Chrysler recommended replacing the purge valve. I will ask them to take care of it. I’ll update this with another review once it’s fixed. They previously repaired the motor mounts on my Chrysler Pacifica for $1,650. Amato is a really nice guy, and Charles is professional and very supportive.

Most EXCELLENT service here today on Christmas Eve, Eve!!! First, I appreciate how they welcomed me during the holiday time here. 2nd, gave me the option of being seen in a few minutes on 1st visit yesterday or making an appointment. I choose the appointment. 3rd, I love the complimentary entire systems and car check! It certainly helped me to prioritize the next couple of things I need to stay on the roads safely as both a full time teacher and grad student at NSU. 4th, everyone who works here is so respectful, kind and exude great customer service that I’m only accustomed to from North Carolina. It was refreshing to experience again! I’ve been away from home for 21 years.

Needing brake repair to start a vacation trip, Mike Amato did an amazing, factual survey of the brakes and major car components. The results was a checklist with photos and repair cost of each problem. He handed me a copy and emailed a copy. It was easy to make a thoughtful decision on the worked needed before starting the family vacation. They completed the work on time and price given.
