They did my alignment and it was worst than before. I brought it back twice in the same day, they fixed it and for each fix, the result was worst. I told him and the guy said it is good. He tested it and it’s good. “If he says it’s good, then it’s good.” “Your car is rebuilt title, it’s a piece of garbage”. He parked the car and said it’s good if I say so. Poor service, poor communication, poor time management, poor people. I strongly advise against going to this shop.

Not trust worthy. They change their prices when you go to them. They were asking $300 for removing and reinstall of alternator(just labor) for my vehicle. These guys were telling we need to deep to remove the alternator. My whole day got messed up. Now I am paying $150. I am saving $150 by avoiding these folks. Also, the new mechanic where I went they removed the alternator in less than 10 minutes. I would not go back again.

This is not the place you want to go to for quality work. Be ready to check their work and as they say "Get what you pay for" They will eye ball your alignment never by a computer. They can sell you a tire and replace a belt other than that, brace yourself for the worst.

Hit a ditch and knocked my car out of alignment. Came here on Thursday to get the alignment and noticed that they changed management, again. I left and noticed that the car was still pulling. Came back on Friday to have the alignment looked at. The guy with the grey hair immediately starts going "its the motor mounts" without even checking the alignment. He gets in my car and starts revving the engine screaming about my motor mounts and how he'll fix them for $300 labor only. I go to two different mechanics over the weekend, who both on separate occasions reassure me that my motor mounts are fine. I go back on Monday to ask him to check the alignment again and to show me a print of the calibration from the alignment machine. He gets upset and tell me "I don't like customers like you, please don't come back". I would strongly suggest going a different shop. This place had slowly gone down hill! Do not risk letting these people touch your car.

A few weeks ago I came to Unlimited Auto Repair because I needed a new tire. I was able to get one quickly and at a great price. I stopped by a week later to get my oil changed and again another great experience I will be going back to get an alignment. I had no idea they do auto body repair so that will be my next service purchase. I recommend getting your car fixed here great attentive service.

Took my wife's truck here via a referral from one of her friends. Dropped vehicle off around closing time. They evaluated and gave us a quote within 30 minutes. Gave us a reasonable quote within 30 minutes. To our surprise it was done before closing time the next day! 🤯 Who does work that fast?! We got some tie-rod and paint work done on the front. I expected at least 3-4 days. We are no one special, first time visit. GUESS WHO JUST WON ARE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊

(Follow up) "Not a review?" It’s literally about the service I paid for and what you failed to do. Nothing personal just facts, receipts, and a car you never fixed. If the truth feels "personal", that’s on you. 👇 Read ___________________________________ SCAM ALERT STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP I wanted to give this review a long time ago. I was in the area and wanted to get my mother’s car checked out because it was shaking and had a check-engine light on. Before I took it to them, I went to O’Reilly and AutoZone to have it scanned both showed a misfire on a cylinder. The shop seemed nice at first and told me to drop the car off. They said it needed a tune-up with spark plugs and an ignition coil and that it would be done in about an hour. I came back two hours later, and they still hadn’t touched the car. I left again to get lunch, and about 45 minutes later they texted me saying the car was ready which already seemed suspicious. When I started it, the car was still shaking, and within two minutes the engine light came right back on. I drove straight across the street to O’Reilly again and got it scanned same codes, same misfire, same issue, nothing was fixed. When I brought it up to the young guy working there, he looked nervous and started mumbling like he didn’t even know how to lie. Then he blamed it on “some kind of code that has to do with a light” 🤦♂️ like I’m stupid or something. Then he said, “Brother, we’re not a mechanic shop or an electrician. You need those to fix your problem. We’re just a tire shop.” So I told him, “If you’re just a tire shop, why did you recommend and charge me for a tune-up and spark plugs?” He had no answer. I was trying to be civil and even offered to let them take a second look before I pay and someone also was there trying to explain it as well but he completely ignored me and repeated that he “can’t do anything.” I paid in full anyway ($336) just to be done with it. The “receipt” was literally a piece of paper with bad handwriting and a business card stapled to it. I took the car to another real mechanic shop performed a diagnostic and they confirmed the spark plugs were old and had never been changed. All this shop did was clear the code and pretend the job was done. I got the car fixed properly at the other shop and disputed the $336 with my credit card Moral of the story: these people are scammers, totally unprofessional, and don’t even know what they’re doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere honest.

Messed up my Mercedes wheels quoted 1200 per rim at Mercedes found one for less than half and they still blow me off and refuse to pay but 200 dollars after buying 4 new tires on 3 vehicles in a row from them. Will be filing complaint of (Ramypasha investment inc.)to the AG under the DPTA.
