I give up on valvoline. 2 days after my oil change, just oil everywhere under my car. Either plug got stripped which i replaced in the last 2 years so shouldn't of been that, or the oil filter placed in wrong. Or they just overall messed something up. Not worth the risk of a quick oil change. I should have known better. 75 dollars down the drain and now probably needing a new vehicle. Cool. Hamza (store manager) and Bri were so awesome working on my vehicle tonight. I have a European car that needed a tire rotation and they had to do some problem solving to figure it out since it wasn’t standard. They teamed up and got the job done, keeping me informed and even taught me about the tools in my trunk that were needed so I could use them if ever necessary. Staff are always kind, friendly, or chill. There’s one closer to where I live (I did check them out but it took almost 45 minutes for them to do my oil change, gave them a second chance and went back with my truck and was called a “sir” and she did not apologize so I never went back). The Valvoline at this location on 2nd Street is still my preferred go to Valvoline. Was in 15 min or less.

Got an oil change on 8/15 and everything was going smoothly until their oil gun had a little split back. It got drops all over my engine. Instead of just sending me on my way and having me clean it up they took the time out of their busy day and cleaned it up for me. As they did this they communicated what was going on. I appreciated that. To be honest I didn't even see it happen. I appreciate they went the extra mile and took care of me the way they did! This is a team and business I will keep supporting!

After waiting in line for 30 minutes with 1 car in the bay in front of me. There was one guy trying to do up top service to all 3 vehicles. While another younger guy walked around attempting to look busy but not doiing really nothing. It tool 1 1/2 hours from time i pulled in until i pulled out. Sorry vavoline unacceptable service this is the 2nd time this has happened. Time to give another company the opportunity to show me they want my business and respect my time.

I visited Valvoline today for an oil change and although it was busy the service was top notch. Took about 30 minutes to get the process done but they were very thorough. Last two times I’ve been there. They did not put the dipstick back in tightly and spewed oil all over underneath my hood. This time was pretty bad. I found oil on my driveway after my car wouldn’t start. I hope there’s nothing majorly wrong with it because I will be sending the bill to Valvoline for car repairs.

They are fast and efficient at what they do. The shop was clean and organized and everyone was very friendly. I talked to the shop manager, Jermey, and he was very informative and went above and beyond to let me know about a few possible issues with my vehicle that may be a problem in the near future.
