2119 Princess Anne rd in Virginia Beach is the BEST and ONLY place I go to to get my oil change. The service is EXCELLENT!!. Today my car was serviced by an attendant named " Kenny". He was kind, professional and very informative. He was very patient in giving me advice about my car . He took his time going ever everything. He didnt just rush through it like other oil change places do. He made sure I was safe on the road and that means a lot!. My daughter got a new to her car. It was running sluggish & I realized the vehicle was well over due for an oil change. I pulled up to Valvoline on Princess Anne Rd, distracted by the fact the vehicle was desperate for an oil change not realizing we were two mins from closing time. We pulled right in and the team got to work. We were in and out in 10 mins or so. Everyone was so friendly. It was only after we left that we realized it was closing time. Nothing in any employees demeanor said our last min appearance was an inconvenience. Great service!

Have had my last 3 oil changes done here but the last one they decided to check my air filter, battery and wipers. They tried to sell me a battery which I didn't need and went to clean pollen off my engine bay when I found they didn't set my airbox on correctly, they even left the latches off (insert facepalm)because they wouldn't latch the way they had it set. I wouldn't trust them if they can't even latch an airbox (and it's one of the easiest ones I've ever had on a vehicle). The oil looks really black, I'm not sure these guys are using actual synthetic when you ask for it. The price also goes up each time I went, not sure what that's about either. Back to doing my own oil changes.

I went to this Valvoline location today and it’s hands down the best oil change I’ve ever received. They asked me if I wanted additional services based upon recommended intervals, but never pressured me to commit to unnecessary repairs. It’s clean and you can tell it’s a meticulously run shop which invokes confidence in this business. Lastly, they appreciated my time but didn’t sacrifice service. The staff are personable and friendly on top of it all - well done!!

AWFUL. Wasn’t even there for 2 minutes and hardly said 4 words before the mechanic was immediately rude and unprofessional. He rudely opened my car door, didn’t even give me 4 seconds to pop my hood before he did it on his own. I was more than kind. He came back and told me the only oil they had there for my car was $120. I had mentioned I had a coupon and he began making smart ass remarks to me and then walked away. I understand mechanics work on commission but that doesn’t mean you treat customers like that. Take 5 is down the street and charges $68. And they don’t talk shit to customers who have coupons that THEIR BUSINESS ADVERTISES AND PROMOTES.

The technicians Kelsey, Zyon and Kendall responded right away and got to work immediately; working efficiently.
