They did a great job on my car! I had some damage on the bumper area from a minor accident. When I picked my car up, my car looked brand new. They had even cleaned it thoroughly. And they made the process very easy and worked with my insurance (Esurance). They also had it done when they said they would (I dropped it off in a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday afternoon). They were also very friendly. I highly recommend Vic’s!

Was recommended to use Vic's by Accurate Automotive for some body work after a small accident. Boy am I glad I did! Vic's did a fantastic job with the repair and made the whole process go by as seamless as possible. They coordinated everything with my insurer and there was very little for me to do other than drop the car off and pick it up. Bill is a super friendly, personable guy to work with and feels like someone you can trust (which is especially important for me, being that I'm not a "car guy" and my knowledge of the area is limited). I would absolutely recommend Vic's to my friends/family and will be using them for any of my own repairs going forward.

I have unfortunately had to use the services of Vic's Auto Body on more than one occasion due to vehicle damage. The staff at Vic's are always amazing. Helpful, quick with their estimates, and they always explain the process as well as being more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Bill, Cammy, Nic, Deanna and the entire staff go above and beyond. The work is always top notch and the customer service matches that. I would never hesitate to recommend them to others.

I reached out because my mom's car got a scratch and was losing her mind about it...... They said just pop by and we can give you an estimate. Right there, in the hot, sunny parking lot, Kevin gave it a little buff and a touch of clear coat, and it's all gone! Now that it's dried, I can barely even find where it was. A+ service from Nic and the entire team at Vic's. They really helped me out of a jam and knocked it out of the park with the results & service. Hit a deer on I80 passing through town on vacation. They coordinated everything with the tow and insurance. And they successfully delivered on getting the repairs done on time, allowing me to pick my vehicle up on our way back. Appreciated the communication throughout the process as well. Really pleased with the results. You'd never guess there was a single scratch, let alone a smashed up front end. Highly recommend if you're looking for a repair shop in Iowa City!

I rear ended a car and took it to Vics. The woman who works the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Bill helped me get an estimate and worked with my Insurance company. Within a week all the parts were ordered and my car was fixed and painted. They even stayed late at night to make sure my new hood was painted to get the car back to me for when I needed it. Would definitely recommend going to Vic’s Auto Body to get any repairs done. Pictures are my car before and after Vic’s work.

We've been taking our family vehicles to Vick's for many years. On my most recent visit there, I was reminded of how many years the business has been serving the Iowa City community. I spoke with Bill on my most recent visit and got some very helpful advice regarding an older vehicle. We had a list of possible minor repairs in mind for the car, but moving forward really hinged on whether or not the body of the car might need major repairs in the near future. Bill gave me an estimate on what it might cost to address a structural rust issue. Long story short, they saved us thousands dollars by helping us plan on what is practical to invest in the car in the short-term. Bill was focused on saving us money, rather than having us us get work done that wouldn't be practical long-term. That kind of advice is much appreciated. So, I didn't get any body work done this time, but will for sure keep coming back when repairs are needed.

Amazing quality, service, and price. (First 2 pictures are after touch-up, last pic is what I brought them.) I literally cannot think of a single way they could have improved from the experience they gave me. They even matched my paint better than a dealership Vin match. I tried a paint stick to repair some chips down to the metal, and got results like you'll see in the last picture. That's how I brought my car to them, with dark and uneven paint spots. Nobody else in the area would consider touch up spots and wanted to quote me to re-do entire panels for a grand each. Vic's agreed to try the touchup with the main goal of preventing rust in the future. They got me in with very little notice, took me to and from work, and it turned out so much better than I could have hoped! It's a touch-up, so it isn't perfect, but even I have a hard time finding the spots, and I know where they are!

All I can say is Vic’s made my life easier after hitting a deer and causing considerable damage. I was in Iowa from out of state when this occurred. Bill from Vic’s helped me through the process with everything from dealing with the insurance, providing estimates and constantly following up giving me updates. Not knowing anybody in the area, Bill’s crew exceeded my expectations. Don’t hesitate to use this shop.

Excellent business. My two month old explorer was hit and damaged drivers side front and rear doors. It was fixed in a week and you would never know it had been damaged. The other party's insurer hadn't even mentioned rental coverage, but Vic's team flagged it, then spent time calling around to locate availability during the holiday period when inventory was scarce. That kind of advocacy isn't something most shops bother with. The repair work itself is seamless. No visible evidence of the damage. They also detailed the interior before returning the car, which was a thoughtful touch I wasn't expecting. It's refreshing to work with a business that treats the whole experience as their responsibility rather than just the technical repair. Highly recommend!
