Bad customer service with a lot of miscommunication and steep prices. Employee was sleeping when I arrived then acted inconvenienced when I requested a service. He was curt and unhelpful when discussing prior issues that had been recalled from the dealer.

Don’t go to their service department!!! They are terrible greedy untrustworthy human beings! My truck got its window smashed in and everything stolen out of it after I’d left it there to get worked on. They charged me $450 for the busted window and an hour of labor after I’d lost $2000+ worth of equipment and trusted that they would keep it safe on their property. I don’t think it was some random hobo either because they took everything of any value except for the $10 worth of change I left in the cup holder. I suspect it was an inside job too, from the amount they took and when they took it. Somebody told them where and when, and with the all of the stuff that was taken they would have to have another truck to haul it all.

I was transparent when I came in about what I knew to be wrong with the AC from a previous shop. I expressed apprehension of the $165 for another diagnostic. I was told that it was the only option. After the $165 diagnostic I was told it would be 3-6k to fix. If they had listened to my apprehension and budget for repairs they should have advised to go to a different shop. I am a single mom. They wanted my money and gave me no new information and an absurd quote. I feel I wasn't treated with respect or honesty. A terrible experience that left me a sour taste for this shop and Nissans in general. I encourage your staff to be human with people and LISTEN. I already went to a previous shop. If someone is concerned on cost then perhaps consider that before you run a useless diagnostic. Greed is ugly. I will never return to this Nissan dealership or shop.
