Victory Auto Body does excellent repairs. The office and staff were extremely helpful. My truck was damaged, and after completing repairs you could not tell it was damaged at all. Beautiful workmanship… and the PAINT MATCHED !! If your vehicle is in need of body repairs, I strongly suggest going to Victory Auto Body Shop. These guys were awesome. I was initially slated for about a 2 week repair, but I got a call that everything was fixed and replaced after 4 days! They detailed my whole car, even helped fix some panels that were popping out. By far my best experience with any auto body repair. I normally don’t ever review anything but I felt like I should because the work was just that solid.

I had a great experience with Victory Auto Shop! I got into a small bumper to bumper—my first accident ever— and Victory Auto was so communicative and helpful. On location I felt very safe and it was easy to find/get to. They helped coordinate a car rental pick up/drop off for me as well, which I really appreciated. All the staff were very friendly and approachable. I liked that they would keep me updated with texts as my car was getting fixed so I could plan accordingly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in LA.

I had a very frustrating experience with this body shop. I first went to them in December to get an estimate. After calling and following up about 6 times, nothing was done. Eventually, Michael asked for the VIN number again, which is understandable—we’re all human and mistakes happen. However, I brought the car back again on January 13 so they could take pictures and submit the estimate. Even after that, the estimate was still never submitted and there was no progress or clear communication. In the end, this whole process was a complete waste of my time, and after waiting far too long with no results, I decided to change to another body shop.

Y’all…these folks are not normal in all the good ways. The kindness, time and care they showed me went far and beyond anything I could ask for. And my car?! Looks amazing!! They made my 2013 Prius look like new! The paint job they did was outstanding. Also, the communication was wonderful. I knew what was happening with every step of the process. Oh and they helped me find a rental car company so I could still get around while my car was being worked on. You can definitely trust these guys with your ride and your wallet. Good, good humans and super professional. I will always be grateful and I will always be a fan.

We recently took our Kia Sportage here after an accident. John and the team were stellar. John was friendly, respectful and thorough in explaining the repairs. We received regular texts updating us on the status of the repairs. They worked beautifully with our AAA insurance (that's how we found them) and made the whole process very simple. Lastly, the car looks amazing. You can tell the care they put into their work. We're so happy that we found them and would recommend them to anyone. This is a great and trustworthy shop. And they won't talk down to you if you are a woman. Extra gold star for that. :)

I met with John at Victory who received my car, established a warm rapport with me and immediately made me feel better about having to leave my car so far from where I live.
