My initial review for Action Nissan Service department was not good as I had taken my car there because it was running rough and kept stalling at lights. I was able to get it started again and took it in to Action Nissan near my house. They told me what needed to be fixed ($800 issue) and I got the car back the next day (Thursday). I was driving the car on Friday and it stalled out on my again at a light, less than 24 hours after $800 repair. I was very upset by this and called Action when I finally was able to get the car home. They came and towed the vehicle at no cost to me and fixed the problem also at no cost to me and then RETURNED MY CAR to me. I have never experienced a business go so far above and beyond expectation to rectify an issue so I am wanting to give them the proper recognition for fixing the problem and providing outstanding customer service. Thank you Action Nissan for taking my issue so seriously and helping me get my car fixed and returned to me.

Heather was phenomenal!! She was professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service. She understand that without customers there is no action Nissan! She was truly a blessing and so was Jorge. But of course there’s a devil... good ole Chris. I hear he’s a manager. But I witnessed him openly being disrespectful to an black man regarding something that had been promised to the customer. Chris was very confrontational and I didn’t feel safe. His I’ll treatment towards the young man was unnecessary and I hope this is not the face of Nissan because it’s definitely not the representation as an owner of a company that I would want representing my company! He’s not manager material and if your reading this I hope that you skip over interacting with Chris!

No stars if I could. I took my Nissan Rogue in for repair-that will be covered by my Nissan Warranty I purchased after replacing their original transmission. The service here is the worst I can remember in my 54 years on earth. They also lied to me about working with warranty people. In other words I’m out thousands that warranty should have covered . It feels like dealer service department may be purposely avoiding warranty work to take more $$. I have complained to Nissan Corporate about this experience.

This has got to be the best dealership maintenance service experience I have had in my whole life, and will be the reason I stay a loyal Nissan customer for years to come. (I have had 5 Nissan cars over the past 20 years). Hugo Cruz was my maintenance rep and he did an amazing job at keeping my car rolling and keeping customers happy one at a time. This is high praise for a dealership. Had a couple of recalls taken care of in no time, a free wash for the car, and a thorough inspection done. No nickel and diming at all. This should be gold standard for any service center.

After my accident, Victory Nissan worked with me to make sure everything was fixed and stuck with the process until it was. There was a time during the process when they really went out of their way to accommodate me, and I appreciated that extra effort. I could see that they were committed to resolving the situation fully and making sure the work was complete. I appreciate the efforts of both the body shop and service shop. A special thank you to JJ and Tina for helping to resolve my issue. JJ is a new manager but stepped in to help close the loop as we wrapped up my work with the collision department. Tina did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and what additional repairs were needed.

These guys here are very professional, take car of my car in very short time, service is great. Just make sure to go early if you will wait for your car so you can leave early . Usually I go around 8 am and out of there in less than hour. It’s very nice to add maintenance packages when you buy from them for just $10 a month you will have free oil change, wash and do many nice options. Don’t forget to enjoy their complimentary coffee, I love their Chicago dark roast.

I purchased a new Nissan 2021 kick from action Nissan with pre-purchase maintenance. On my last visit to the now victory Nissan they said that I had no more oil changes and they was not honoring my pre-purchase package. My last oil change was at 55,000 miles. When wanting further explanation and why they were not going to honor my service agreement that was purchased for $1,000 I was told there's nothing that I can do about it and I can do whatever I feel like but nothing's going to happen. I have done every service at this location since purchasing the vehicle and have never been treated like this. The lack of customer service and explanation was very discouraging. At this point I feel like I have been cheated and lied to from victory Nissan and no one wants to take accountability or even try to make it right. I have even spoke with the service manager with absolute no resolution. I at least thought that they would try to make it right or even offer some sort of courtesy but nothing was done to make me feel like my business was wanted. My plan was effective 8 20 2021 to 8 20 2026. The way that I was explained at the original purchase is not how they are honoring it now.

Came in for a recall repair and left with a flat tire. Their courtesy drivers are the only staff who are actually courteous... everyone else there is very impersonal and doesn't seem to care about the customer at all.

This is the third and last time I'll use the service center. Each time they don't have the parts necessary for an oil change, despite me calling ahead days in advance to set up the appointment. I sat here for four and a half hours for the last oil change, and it'll be the last time. I was told their service manager couldn't figure out how to change the oil on a 3/4 ton diesel, and they had to wait for the master technician to come work on it. If you can't figure out how to do a oil change after it's been done twice before, you probably shouldn't be doing them.
