I contacted VIP Mobile because I wanted to have underneath the hood of my car cleaned since the rodents have decided to make that area their playground; mainly on top of the engine. Chris was courteous and accommodating over the phone and in-person. He took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. His prompt arrival and cleaning service was great. I hired Chris for a engine detailing. He showed up at my place a few minutes earlier than schedule which showed me he was eager to get the job done and satisfy his customer. showed up with everything that will be needed to clean my engine ,Cleaning supplies, equipment and he even came to my place to get the job done. Saved me so much time.I needed a engine wash due to rodent droppings, urine, hair it was just dirty and nasty. When Chris was done washing it looked just like I picked it up from the dealer. I was extremely satisfied with his work. I was a little nervous letting someone, who I found online just wash my engine. He knew exactly what to do, took care of my car answered all my questions and was very helpful. He also is very friendly and understanding. Two of my neighbors witnessed his work and requested his number. I will definitely hire Chris again and will recommend his services to anyone he also charges fair prices.

I met up with Chris and his partner and they assured me I was in good hands (I hand not previously used there service) and I went to wait at a coffee shop. 2.5 hours later I got the text to come back and what a difference they made. The car was super clean, shiny and the best part was the scent. Super fresh. These dudes are not playing around. I am waiting to get an estimate for a complete headlamp cleaning. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience getting my car cleaned by this team. I had an early appointment for a full interior and exterior detail, and the guy was there on time to work on my car. He was very professional. He asked me which parts of the car I was most concerned about and when he was finished I could tell he had paid special attention to those areas (for me, it was the cup holders, console area, and door jambs). The car was pretty dirty and had sticky surfaces when I dropped it off. When he brought the car back to me, it looked new! One of the first thing I noticed was how shiny the rims were. Great service all around. I will be back.
