Took my car there for a basic ac issue, car not blowing cold ac. It took 2 days and they just replaced an ac amplifier for $600. Next day the car still had the same ac issue. I finally took it to a new shop and they put freon and replaced a hose. Immediately fixed the issue. Not sure why Vu’s shop did not bother to do the basic troubleshooting for the ac issue. I would take my car somewhere else next time. Edit: I saw the reply and no where was it mentioned a guarantee. If you’re an honest business man you can still refund me. As the issue was never fixed from your shop, even the next day I was still having the same ac issue. I don’t have time to wait 2 more days to then get another wrong diagnose when another shop fixed the issue same day.

The owner is a great man. I was on my way to Daytona when my alternator belt snapped. Him and another young mechanic stayed an hour past closing to fix my broken belt. These guys genuinely saved my entire day, and charged a very reasonable price at the end.

Vu repair fan moter and ac part when they replaced the fan motor, that’s right there where the radiator is they cracked the radiator at First. Brian advised me if I can prove that it was their fault that they would give me the money to get it replaced. I did so he got grand. he refused to listen to me and now I’m out of $200 for what they did so just be aware of who you take your vehicle too. Because at first I thought they were great. I’ve got multiple vehicles going and now they’re not willing to honor anything also I took a video to slow what they did wrong

Vu’s Automotive Service Inc. went above and beyond! They fit me in the same day without hesitation, reattached my skid plate perfectly, and charged a very reasonable price. Everyone there had such a positive and welcoming attitude — they treated me with genuine kindness and made what could’ve been a really bad day so much better. The service was fast, professional, and honest from start to finish. If you’re ever in the Jacksonville area and need trustworthy, top-quality car service, I cannot recommend Vu’s Automotive Service enough!

I do not recommend this shop at all. My car sat here for 3 days without even receiving a diagnostic, and it was looking like it would take even longer. I had to call them just to get information, and even then I wasn’t given a clear timeline or updates. I rely on my car for work and family responsibilities, and the lack of communication and urgency was extremely unprofessional. If you value your time and need reliability, go somewhere else.
