I would give this 1 star if it weren't for the Auto Care Center manager.. The staff were unprofessional and didn't have the time of day to help..I was even told "I don't get paid to do that", after the manager told one of the guys to help me.. I had to do the work myself.! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Other than extremely long wait times for tire service (is the road hazard warranty worth it if you spend 4 hours waiting vs 45min to just fix it yourself?), the service is good.

I pulled up at 10:07 and was never greeted or asked what service I needed. I sat until 10:16 waiting on someone to come but no one did. There were 2 guys working and not one stopped and came to my car asking what I needed done. If there was going to be a wait all imyou had to do was come and tell me it would be a wait. Very unsatisfied.

I arrived at Walmart at 9:00 and the employee took my information somehow it got mixed up. They didn't finish my car until 11:30. I was very unhappy with their service.I think the situation could been handle a better way.

I cannot rave about the auto center enough. Tammy and the rest of the employees were THE most courteous and helpful in the installation of my new tires. I wish I would've caught the name of the gentleman working in the shop who seemed genuinely concerned with my terrible service at the Seigen location. Cortana employees answered every single question I had about my tire mounting. Everyone in the shop went above and beyond to remove an extremely difficult flat off of my rim to install my new tires. This particular location is the furthest from me, but I'll never go to another location again. I am so thankful for their hard work on my vehicle. I hope everyone knows how much I appreciated their work, and I hope they'll all receive some recognition for helping me today. I have never received such wonderful customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I went I for an oil change and walked out with the biggest leak in my 2016 jeep Cherokee. I purchased my car in April 2023 and it has never leaked before. I still have warranty on my car. After leaving walmart, I was told by the supervisor to bring my vehicle back since I called to complain about it leaking. I was informed tht it was the windshield wiper fluid that leaked out. He showed me the tank and it was empty. If that is the case, walmart auto center ruined my windshield wiper container because it has never leaked before. Almost 24 hours later and something is still leaking out of my car! How can it be windshield wiper fluid and it was emptied on yesterday? I mean, fluid all over the ground near my front left tire. Now it is more fluid leaking out. This is not a good place to take your vehicles at all.

Work on your customer service.. Had no issue with the guy that tried helping us outside. But the lady that was behind the register... No help what so ever!! If you don't know how to do your job, then work a different department or better yet somewhere you would know.. The fact that we had to go back and get another battery because she gave us the wrong one, come on... The guy that helped us outside even told her which battery to give us!

I’m not the one to file a complaint. I just check out and don’t worry about people being rude. But today I decided to get my oil change. And I forgot that I had to go under the tent. This was my second time getting an oil change from them. So this lady looks like she didn’t want to be there told me very rudely. You have to go under the tent next time. I just told her politely okay. And I just drove off. I’m not going to let her work on my car with an attitude like that. I just pray she has a better day and not be rude with the wrong person. You never know what a person goes through, that’s why I try to be pleasant with people. And I work in retail. But I keep all my problems to myself and help my customers out.
