Went to get a tire rotation but they refused to do it. Said my one tire looked too worn. They tried to upsell me a tire by refusing to rotate them. Tires only have 30k on them. Plenty of life left. Also got the headlights "restored" the left one looks worse than when I brought it in. They did a horrible job sanding and left deep scratches on both lights. I did a better job before with a take home kit. Now my lights aren't yellowed but are hazy from all the scratches. I do not recommend getting your lights restored here unless you like wasting money.

Extremely Disappointing Experience** terrible experience at Walmart Auto Care!!! This location is not prepared to handle any mechanical arrangements and seems to look for any excuse to avoid making a commitment. Despite the convenience of their location, the staff appeared uninterested and lacking in knowledge, poor and unreliable; if you're hoping to get the job done, I highly recommend going elsewhere. It feels like the employees are just collecting a paycheck and will take any opportunity to do nothing. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and will not be returning. Save yourself the hassle and find a service that actually cares about its customers.

This is the worst auto care center I have been to. Every time I have taken my car in there is always an issue of why they can’t do the work even when I have had scheduled appointments. I have shown up when there wasn’t a single car in the garage and still been told they are full for the day. Would rather pay more to go elsewhere.

Purchased 4 tires and a premium install package. Showed up early to my appt for the "manager" to deny service. He couldn't grasp that I had to get new tires BEFORE GETTING AN ALIGNMENT. Made up some nonsense about aftermarket blah blah blah. Absolute clown show.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This business has extremely poor communication with customers. The workers seem to do whatever they want without consulting the client. They installed a “new tire” on my car without my consent and never bothered to call or notify me beforehand. I originally bought 4 new tires here, and in less than a year, I’m already being forced to replace them. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Ordered tires online and set an appointment for tire installation for July 2nd or 3rd . Morning of at 4am I got a email stating my appointment has been canceled dude to one tire not in stock .so we are forced a refund which takes 7days or more instead of carrying it over to next appointment.So we reschedule for another date . The 2nd appointment comes 4-5 days later and still no tire . So once again forced into another refund which takes 7days also so so far negative $75-$80 for installation still no refund . And no tire. Which the tires are paid for already through Walmart app . The person I spoke to on the phone said once the tire comes they would call and nothing . So I have no tires and everything was paid for already . Basically I’ve been robbed with no communication of when I would receive my tires.. and still $80 in the hole for installation which has never been done .

I recently visited to get a new battery for my truck, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive. The service was impressively quick! They took care of replacing my battery in no time. I had anticipated a longer wait. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the final cost. I had expected to pay more for the battery replacement, but their pricing was very reasonable. It was a great value for the quality of service and speed of the turnaround.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 3:30pm... upon arrival the oil change line was longer than the gas station line the day before a hurricane hits, and I was told I'd have to wait in line. Of course I got a bit salty and left. I went one block down the road to Fast Oil and Lube. They found my skid plate was screwed on so tight, they had to cut one corner off just so they could drain my oil. Now take a guess who was the last to change my oil; I'll give you 1 guess. Enough said. I won't be going back to Wally World for any more auto services.

I randomly chose 4 stars to be nice like Mr Rogers. In reality, I didn't even get my car worked on because they were closed at 4:30 when I got there. No big deal, I went somewhere else close by. After driving there I would have been pissed if it weren't for the other place I went to near there. According to the hours on Google, they are open till 7 but the sign says 4 when you actually get there.

I got a flat tire and somehow I was able to drive 5 miles to my appointment safely. I utilized my AAA and scheduled a tow truck to drive 5 blocks from my appointment to Walmart. These guys are great!! They had my new Goodyear tire mounted on my car within 35 minutes! The tech Effrain took the time to explain to me the maintenance needed for my car. I paid only $10 extra and I got roadside assistance for that tire they replaced. Since Lee county is full of nails all over the roads and so many of us get nails in our tires -this is a smart investment to ensure peace of mind. I am going to Walmart Auto Center from now on in because they are honest, helpful and so reasonable. I highly recommend this Walmart that truly exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Walmart Auto Center!!

ZERO STARS! they over filled my oil by a lot! And they don't answer they phone when calling the department. When I got back for them to look and fill my oil up properly I was told that they did the proper job and it felt like the manager was insinuating that I added oil to my car once I left the auto center. See photos for the level of the oil on the dipstick.

I scheduled an oil change and upon check-in was told that they were out of stock of my cars oil filter, but if I went in the store I could buy the oil filter and they would install it but I would have to pay extra for it. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I then went in the store because I wanted to speak to a manager regarding this issue and he repeated the same thing but said "as a courtesy to our customers we are giving them the opportunity to buy the filter so they don't have to cancel their appointment". If it's not in stock, why not notify me ahead of time? When you schedule an appointment on Walmart.com or the app it asks for your cars make/model/trim/year. The manager told me that information is not in their system. This was my first time giving Walmart a try for an oil change and I guess it was also my last. If this is the type of backwards customer service you like, then get your car serviced here!

Just stopped by to checkout my battery for warranty exchange. No one in front of my and I kept checking with the lady at the garage door. Several technicians hanging around doing nothing. Finally, I got my battery checked with 1 minute effort, said still good, no exchange.

Had an appointment at 3 pm, showed up 15 minutes early and was checked in by a young lady that had a very heavy accent. We asked her if it would be an hour, she told us an hour to an hour and a half because it was four tires. We did shopping and came back and my car never got pulled into the bay until 3:30 (past appointment) ..watched thru the window and saw that the technician was walking around on his phone , looking around to see what was happening, acting like he had no clue what he was doing..what should of taken an hour was a 2 hour and 17 minute venture…NEVER AGAIN , I will not go back to this Walmart to have anything done for my car

This Walamart Auto Center has been my go to for tires, batteries, and oil change. I was sa when I moved to Lehigh and the Walmart people at the auto there was not as nice as the people in the Del Prado branch. John has been working in the Cape branch for a while and he has always been super pleasant and provide excellent customer service each and every time. Jasmine answered the phone consistently even when busy with super pleasant and kind voice and always very helpful even helping me resolve conflict with Lehigh branch not accepting out warranty for tires there when we purchased in the Cape. Barry and John made a way for me to get my appt scheduled and even made a way to call me after I already left to reserve me a spot so i can get my tires after explaining to them about my long trip and my tire conditions. Elson greeted me outside and was super pleasant and helpful also. I feel like a human being in this Walmart. I grew up in the Cape and feel like this Walmart is always the best one out there. Thanks for always welcoming me here. God bless to all ya’ll! Oh and the warranty on the tires cannot be beat eapecially if you have Walmart Plus!

Walmart auto did me such a solid today! I am having horrific pain due to ongoing medical stuff and realized before an important out of town appointment I needed an oil change. Walmart in slammed, understaffed, and even though I didn’t show up as my best self the team there and the kind woman checking in cars was able to get me serviced. This little act of kindness (creating more work for them with no extra compensation) will let me get to an appointment that will get me in less pain sooner. I cannot thank you guys enough, everyone there deserves to make double what they do on kindness alone.

Paid for tires in advance waited an hour and a half at store just to be told they couldn't find my luggage nut lock and couldn't do it. Was going to have me leave with no tires and no receipt starting they were not picked up. When I wanted documentation the service tech tried to put 4 tires in the back of my highlander. I refused and was finally given a receipt stating I was refunded however I still have $507.19 pending on my account. I found my lug nut lock and believe they just didn't want to install the tires because they were behind and supposed to be closing. Staff complained they were short help and only had 2 guys working although there were 3 in the garage and one at the desk. DO NOT PREPAY if they two you that you need to to make an appointment. Very unprofessional!

Had an appointment for 9:30. Girl doing check ins and at the register was rude the whole time but fine. She told me she was gonna check if they had my filter which was a F150 super common. Told me I was good they would call/text when done. At 10:30 I walked back to the service center. Same lady told me they canceled my appointment because they could find a filter for my truck. So an hour later. She had no care in the world about it. No sorry or nothing just said its canceled. I will never go there again for auto care. Employees are horrible and have 0 cares.
