[Edited to reflect resolution] I hate being lied to. I got new tires at this location exactly 14 days ago. This morning when I left my house my low tire pressure light came on. I got out and checked the one tire that was low for a nail and was unable to find one, so I took it back to the shop because something wasn't right. They "repaired" it and returned it to me telling me that there was a nail in it. As I was walking out to my car I ran into the tech who I saw working on it and asked him, "Where the hell was that nail? I couldn't find one." He said, " It wasn't a nail. They used clip-on weights when your type of rims need glue-on weights." So, in essence, I was charged for a tire patch that I didn't need because they used the wrong kind of weights when installing the new tires. [Edit] On the up side, the store manager, Mat, called me upon being made aware of the situation and made it right, reversing the erroneous charge.

Jake and CJ were amazing we got help immediately without any hesitations. Our tire had been losing air they found the nail mind you it was 20 minutes before closing. I waited until the last minute before my trip to get an oil change. Aly was able to get me in so fast everyone was so pleasant and on top of that I had a great deal. On top of that, they found a nail in my tire thank God before I got on the road! I am definitely going to be coming back here for any future work.

Biggest joke ever. See those signs... This place should just close on Sundays. What a joke with 2 signs right outside. Had a screw in my tire and wanted to see about an synthetic oil change. Pulled in and waited in the office for over 20 minutes. No wait .. lol. Finally walked out to the garage. Saw what appeared to be a disgruntled employee. He looked at me and before I could say anything he disappeared out the back bay doors. I waited another 15-20 minutes and left. Right down the road to Tires Plus and they took care of me quickly with a smile. Huge Firestone FAIL. Lost my business for life. Do better Firestone. I might add 2 other customers walked in and left while I was there. Losing business left and right.

This establishment is fair and the manager is professional and courteous. They will take care of all your needs with no hassling. I've been coming to this place because of the great work they do here and care they provide for your vehicle. They do offer some great incentives when opening a Firestone credit card account. Also they will inspect your brakes for free. Update 01/25/2026 I had to return to this facility because they offer free brake inspections and my vehicle hasn't had any inspection for awhile. I arrived before they opened so I was first inline, Aly the store supervisor took care of getting Wallace the technician to inspect the vehicle, they are very informative and I felt very trustworthy with my vehicle in their hands. I hop that the spelling is correct for their names. Wallace kept me informed of the description of the condition of the brakes on the vehicle, and Aly informed there was no charge for the service. He also informed me of the Firestone credit card that is available to get which will provide a lot of free services and no annual fee. I was able to apply for one with no problem, just having my drivers license. I know the credit card is not to be used on everyday purchases, it's for tires and any service work done on your vehicle. Thanks for all your help and a job well done, I will be returning to this store in the future for any service needed on my vehicle.

Aly, the manager here at Firestone in Cape Coral, FL Del Prado (under new management) just took care of me in a BIG way. I came in looking to get my tires replaced under a warranty ant no cost and he was able to get them replaced without having to pay a pro-rated fee. I don’t know how he did it, but I’m grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend anyone living in Cape Coral, FL to come here. They’ll take care of you!

They did a great job. Was able to schedule my appointment for the next day. Got me in on my appointment time and diagnosed the issue in an hour. They had to order parts and they arrived and it was fixed as expect by AM of the next day. The desk staff was very friendly and communicated the costs up front. No issues. Repair was great and the car is working great now.
