I got a synthetic oil change and new tires. The woman who worked the counter was extremely nice. She was super busy with customers and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing. She handled it all phenomenally. Best of all, the prices couldn't be beat. Far cheaper services than anywhere else local. While I'd love to help out a small "mom and pop shop", that just isn't in the bank account right now, so this was great!

No point to buy tires from Walmart anymore. Have stock 20 inch Dodge ram rims on truck the technician does that have the skills to change tires or equipment he said. And then tech tried to steal Walmart business saying he can put them on at his house with a old machine he got from Walmart. Most unprofessional thing I ever dealt with

The supervisor refused to complete my oil change stating that they close at 6pm and it was only 5:10pm. I was waiting online for 5 min already behind someone and they lady refused me my service. I feel I was racially profiled. It was a Caucasian heavy set woman who refused my service. I would like for management to contact me back regarding this issue immediately. Thank you

Oil change was done quick on a Saturday afternoon. They also rotated my tires. As I was driving off my car just felt weird like my tires were flat. I pulled over to check the air in my tires and it was 35 psi. My car calls for 38 psi. When I took it back to tell them I needed more air in my tires I was told that 35 psi is standard. And that what ever that my door stated regarding the PSI was done. But indeed it wasn't. The manager said no problem and that my safety is first and he'd never put me in harms way because he wouldn't be able to sleep knowing he was putting people on the road in unsafe cars. LIES!!! Because he claimed to put the air in my tires and didn't! In fact he told me to give it a few days for my car to feel right because of the tire rotation. I left there not feeling confident and I was indeed right about that feeling. Got on 70 and felt like my tire was flat and had the worse drive into work kept stopping to look at my tires. Finally that afternoon I checked the tire pressure and each tire was different ranging from 33.5 -35 which means that they never put more air in my tires to begin with! I wouldn't trust them ever again.

Total $#@% show. I got a nail in my tire so I pull up to the first tire place which is this walmart. I'm told that it's apt only and they can't help me. After some conversation they decide they can help me. I tell them I need a tire repair and we are good. They tell me to bring it around and I tell them it's w trailer. Then I get you'll have to buy a new tire. But we don't have it. I ask why since it's a small nail dead center of the tire. I'm told we don't repair trailer tires just replace them. Curious i say how much. We'll I'll have to look it up but I can tell you it'll be next week before we get it in. Crazy... went to the next closest walmart and boom. 20 min later I'm on the road. This walmart apparently doesn't want or need the business.

I was hesitant based on the negative reviews. I just had four new tires put on my Tundra. Service was great. They were doing their job immediately. They were done within 40 minutes which was a perfect amount of time for me to do some shopping. When I went to pay, the manager Brian saw the line was three people long and helped. I'm pleased and recommend.

Worst place ever. Ordered a set of tires online to have installed, made an appointment at the same time for install. Showed up to my appointment at 8:30 that was scheduled for 9am, only to find out at 10:05am that they never even started on my vehicle. There were numerous customers who came in who did not have appointments and were taken before me who had a scheduled appointment. After they wasted an hour an half of my time and not even pulled my vehicle in I asked for a refund and left.

The group here was very nice! Tammy was super sweet. I had a flat and was traveling over 1,000 miles home and though they couldn’t fix my tire they (the staff behind the desk and then guys working on my car) were helpful, patient, and beyond sweet. George helped me locate a tire place down the street. They were so sweet and amazing. I cannot brag on them enough!

I waited for an hour and a half at Walmart for them to tell me that they don’t have the oil that my car needs because it’s “new”. Then I get in my car and they have left massive oil stains all over the cover I literally just bought. Absolutely trash.

Showed up for my appt about 15 minutes early to have tires installed that I purchased on the website. Received texts throughout the process letting me know what was going on. Took about 90 minutes which was fine because they were slammed so I just shopped. I didn’t expect them to have TPMS sensors but they did and for about 1/3 the price they are anywhere else. Drove home about 30 minutes on the highway. No wobble, no shake, tires seemed to be balanced correctly. I was expecting things to go sideways at some point but they never did. Very satisfied.

They denied me service three times already, all three times came around 4 o’clock. They got like four or five technicians there, all three times they say they don’t have time to do it and all I needed was a change flat tire. The woman in the desk said that they cannot do it because they got three more oil change to do 4 or 5 technicians to do 3 oil change and I couldn’t replace a flat tire the worst service so far

I have never seen where oil change takes 10 minutes in my life..my first and worst experience. They didn't check my tire pressure .I'm in doubts not only that, they changed a different oil than what my car uses and it's literally written on the bonnet area.why not let your customers aware if you not having the right kind of oil than doing your way.?

If you get your car worked on here remove important belongings. If you get your tires changed take off the sensor caps. THEY WILL STEAL THEM. They stole mine and had the nerve to tell me I didn't have any when the car came in except for the pictures I took and the one sensor cap they conveniently forgot that they had put back on to one of my tires. I came in with a spare attached and three sensor caps and I left with four tires and one sensor cap. They said they spoke to Las prevention and the security said the cameras indicated there were no caps on my tire. Except again for the fact that they put one of them back on by mistake maybe if you're going to steal from someone complete the job so they don't know or they can't argue that you're lying.

This transaction started off a little rough, ordered 4 tires through the app about 6 days before my appointment. The day before my appointment the tires were delayed. Overnight the appointment was cancelled. I went in that morning to find out what had happened. The associate Nevaeh, was very helpful, and knowledgeable though out the entire process of helping me with this issue. Luckily the tires were a store stocked item, and I was able to get them installed in a quick and timely manner. Great job to all the Walmart staff that was involved though out this process, and great job Nevaeh on your professional attitude though out this transaction!

Needed 4 new tires and 1 rim, as well as an oil change. Apparently even though they have dozens of rims of their website they don’t have any in store and you can’t ship them to the store to be put on either. Like how is someone supposed to get a new wheel. All good now I’m just going to get my 4 new tires, wheel, oil change and alignment somewhere else. That’s over $400 you guys just missed out on because you don’t want to ship a rim.

First couple times I went in for an oil change, I did it in the morning. The older woman that was there at around 7-8 was more than wonderful. Called me sweetheart, Returned my please and thank yous back with matching manners. the last time I was in there, it was afternoon around 5-6 ish and two younger gentlemen thought it was appropriate to discuss my gender and if I was a chick or dude from the counter when I was sitting in the waiting area before coming to chat with me. All were done by an appointment, through my Walmart plus (I work in Martinsburg Walmart overnights.) sure as hell isn’t company standard to discuss someone’s appearance within that ten feet diameter. I don’t care if I have short have a sweats on. Will not be back and this is a big push to get away from Walmart as a customer and employee.

I would never have thought to take my car to Walmart for car service, but a coworker highly recommended them for competitive pricing. I had gotten a nail in one tire, and was advised by my dealership they could replace the one tire for $300+. Yikes! I had never heard of replacing one tire at a time, especially for awd. I shopped around but ultimately went to Walmart and was seen same day. The technician (who worked Sunday 11/16 around 12pm) very kindly let me know that the nail hole was not something they could fix, and due to the age of the tires it was best for all 4 to get replaced. The tires were nearly 7 years old, so I had a feeling that would be the case. $530 and less than 1 hour later my car rides like a dream. The entire team at this auto care center were phenomenal. Donna was incredibly knowledgeable and kind every time we spoke. I wish I could remember the technician’s name who broke the news to me, but he was straight forward and very sympathetic to my situation and he deserves recognition too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trying Walmart the next time I need service done on my vehicle.
